    @ShawInfo Funny how you charge premium fees equal to other providers’ Fibre services but cap at 10 up 20 down. (Slow 🐢) Then, you instantly charge 400$ when someone cancels for unreturned modems. Ur going to get ur modems... patience, @ShawInfo... like dealing with the mafia. Mail = 🐢

    Is anyone else with a Shaw account running into issues where confirmation emails are not arriving? This seems to be a reoccurring issue and has happened with different companies/people emailing. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp I want to cancel my services immediately. Two weeks I’ve been trying to set up a service call b/c my cable and internet sucks. Today you can’t even access my account your systems are down. Telus is coming in tmw to replace cable and internet. I want a month refund!
