@ShawInfo love your services and product offerings. Would really like for you to be my provider but it’s very difficult when your prices are higher then TELUS and your customer service team aren’t willing to match their pricing or even offer anything to come close.

@Shawhelp the service has been down for almost 4 hours and there is no update when it will be resolved. at least update your website about the outage instead of showing everything is normal and all is resolved.

@Shawhelp Hi there, customer located in Christina Lake, we’ve also been without any wifi or tv service since Friday evening. We’re getting pretty desperate here and although I’m off work today I start tomorrow. Are we looking at a long term problem ?
