    @RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. I’ve had cell issues for some time. It’s not my phone but Roger’s. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

    @Shawhelp It took a few minutes to get back. I checked the HDMI connection, the WiFi signal which was fine & turned the TV off & on again

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    My internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?
