@Shawhelp we're having an issue with Netflix being double billed. I pay Netflix directly every month(my account). I setup Netflix (my account) on my father's bluecurve and now he's being charged for it monthly. He called in but he's 76 years old and doesn't understand English

@ShawInfo Disgusting behavior. After being a loyal customer for more then 10 years. Every bill paid on time. I canceled your service, outstanding bill of 20 dollars. Which I didn't know about. You never contacted me, no phone, no email. You sent my name to a collection agency.

@ShawInfo I'm actually troubled this morning. I begged you for a solution but you won't solve it & I have to switch. I HATE Telus. It is seriously bothering me they're on the way. But I have to have internet in my home office, it's imperative to my career. Dammit I'm mad.

@Shawhelp how come I can't watch apple TV on either of the new boxes you sent me?? Very frustrating as I am paying for the service but can't use it.
