@Shawhelp it’s okay. It’s ongoing issue with Shaw. All they send is a link of trouble shooters that anyone can do. All I wanted was a new modem to see if that works.

@Shawhelp thats okay.. its ongoing for over a month now. Almost time to switch to #TELUS, but i don't have time!! Your service of SHAW has gone from 10 to 1 in the last year. I bet lots of left.

@Shawhelp @_snaccident_ When multiple people report their internet is down there’s an outage. Shaw just says no outages lol. The internet had been garbage for two weeks up around fort St. John been out multiple times.

@Shawhelp my senior parents (in their 80s) have been struggling since March 18 with a conversion from Telus to Shaw. My Dad has spent over 30 hours on the phone with various Shaw technicians. This needs to be escalated and resolved immediately. Help!
