@Shawhelp we have had multiple people out . Lines from the pole have been replaced, all lines at the office have been replaced, modem has been replaced, it's not our location, everyone on our street is having the same issue and nobody is getting anywhere talking to shaw support.

@Shawhelp That’s the point. Have already had numerous conversations with “technical support experts” with numerous tickets written and no change or improvements in tech probs experienced for many months.
