Call @ShawInfo for tech support because my internet is down only to find out that the support call center is closed and would have to use chat, except my internet is down which makes it impossible.

@Shawhelp has Shaw internet been experiencing outages in NW Calgary? My wifi has cut out several times intermittently (for about 10mins at a time). I've restarted my router/modem but no use.

@jeffrey_wilkes @ShawInfo Additional adjectives could be.....lack of knowledge, lack of accountability and or care to retain the customer.....all about sign up the customer and frustrate them enough the simply pay and stop pursuing their complaint.

@Shawhelp This must be another Shaw automated....lead to nothing service.....just like when you ask to speak with a manager.....they never seem to be in and will get back to you within 24hrs......click is ticking!
