The level of frustration i feel when i communicate w/ @Shawhelp is astounding. Their customer service used to be incredible. Now that they've got monopoly on all svs people want...it is not so awesome. Makes me wanna pull my nose hairs out 1 at a time. I mean..if i had nose hairs

Thanks for the help yesterday Z @Shawhelp. Just have a few questions. Do you guys need the old Cable box back? Will the 4K blue curve boxes I have work on a 1080 tv? Or do they only work on a 4K screen? Just asking as I have 2 of the 4K boxes but only one 4K tv in the house.

@Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday. No outages reported in my area. Edmonton. AB. I tried unplugging my router and plugging it back in. Still nothing.

@Shawhelp Nope, connected to my Shaw wifi it’s fine…but once I step outside the house and use my Rogers signal, it’s blacked out.

@mattrocksdesign @Shawhelp Routine maintenance in the area did cause an outage yesterday for both Shaw and TekSavvy customers but that has since been resolved. Please try a 5 minute power cycle of your modem/router, and if still having issues, send us a DM and we'll troubleshoot. -JD
