    God, @ShawInfo you really are the worst. Can’t wait until I can switch back to @TELUS. Had a technician basically lie and cancel an appointment on us. Brutal.

    @TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo

    Checking out @Shawhelp deals. online says 89/mth yr 1, 129/mth yr 2. my friends comp says 129/mth for 2 yr and the shaw agent is telling me 159/mth for 2 yr. Get your data straight Shaw this is terrible
