    I travel around the world for professional reasons and it pains me to say that the Lower Mainland of BC has one of the worst internet networks I’ve used (it’s a little better than Nigeria). Blind spots, slooooow connection, interruptions, expensive. @Shawhelp #competitionneeded

    @danat8n @Shawhelp Strange. I’ve rebooted the modem twice now and still having the same problem. Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

    Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady

    Shaw internet has been randomly dropping across St.Albert for a few days now. Shaw website says they are working on a problem. I am hoping this resolves this issue since having my work meetings drop is unacceptable (especially after I just upgraded my plan!) @Shawhelp #yeg #t8n

    @ShawInfo Hey shaw! Your service is down in my area - SE Edmonton. What’s happening? Try to communicate if something is wrong via your social media channels. Please don’t act like everything is ok when there’s an issue. Folks work from home and need the wifi to work.
