I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. Please send help faster. I was told it’s an isolated incident so there should be resources to send techs faster!

Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.
