I then spent 40 mins talking to an agent who, in the end, couldn’t help me. I am moving I wanted to close my services @ my current address and start new services @ my new address. Has had 2 tech visits & a 3rd on Friday. Has rec'd no discount on his bill. On a 2 year contract with auto withdrawals. I think it is crazy. Lol.

Been to the store and spent hours talking to their unhelpful customer service. Been in a queue with backend support who were supposed to fix it in 24 hrs but did nothing!
