AdrianC (@Vancity_AC) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia.@Shawhelp I’ve spent over 3hrs, transferred between 5 agents on chat. Called, transferred, forwarded to FREEDOM mobile (WTF?) for activation, re-dialed Shaw 5-6 times. ALL THIS TO ACTIVATE A NEW SIM. Your warehouse sent cars to wrong address.

-
RitchWorld (@RitchWorld) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@Shawhelp Actually there is no point. You can train your support to recognize, appreciate and value long terms customers. I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.
-
Jeff Thorlacius (@jthor099) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@RallyMD @Shawhelp I was mid presentation and had a very busy day. This is not funny. This is income loss and business loss and absolutely unacceptable to take down a whole area unannounced. There is no joke here. This is a massive concern for me and my neighbours.
-

-
Rina Liddle 💜 💜 💜 (@Liddleworks) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaThere’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.

Shaw Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp I messaged you days ago without a response. Your app also won’t work so attempting to chat with tech support is not an option and now I’ve been on hold for 40min. Your sales calling to lock me in again is poor timing considering the current issues.
-
D (@superdaddoo) reported@TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.
-
Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reported@shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.
-
Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp Aaarrrrrgh, 7th time it’s asked me to sign in!
-
Jason Silver (@Da_Big_Dogg) reported@Shawhelp question, when watching the 4k stream of an Oil game it goes all pixelated and looks terrible, this happens many many MANY times in just a few min.. how do we solve this??
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
-
Trina M. Lee (@TrinaMLee) reported@Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? It’s been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.
-
Mr. C (@Me_Caramidaru) reported@Shawhelp Surrey Internet service down? again?
-
Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp Yup. Keeps asking over and over. **** like this makes me want to switch providers
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
