David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@TerryPlatt5 @TELUS @Shawhelp I had a similar problem when I had Shaw. Turns out old cable has impedance that isn’t compatible with modern digital equipment. Not all technicians know that.

-
Alice, The Alice (@AliceTheAlice1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@ShawInfo There's a reason behind the generic design of a thin rectangle in electronics. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.
-
Quinn Mell-Cobb (@QuinnMellCobb) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Come fix this immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.

-
Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp I messaged you days ago without a response. Your app also won’t work so attempting to chat with tech support is not an option and now I’ve been on hold for 40min. Your sales calling to lock me in again is poor timing considering the current issues.

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
-
Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported@Shawhelp I have tried all before contacting you. Besides I have tried to login on different devices that I have never used my Rogers account on and it’s the same. Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important
