It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.

I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.
