@AMV86941518 @FreedomMobile @TELUS You should switch...been with @freedomsupport for 7+ years and I am so happy. Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

@koodo @TELUS is fooling people with hidden charges that you are able to see only once you check your bill and find it to be $200 $190 and when you contact customer care, they will say we understand but won't be able to provide u with clarification #koodo #TELUS #worstconnection

Unimpressed at the rate increase for my plan. Feels like I’m being gauged by @TELUS. I’ve been a client for over 20 years - time to switch. The gradual erosion of your customer service and increase in fees is too much to bear.

I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

Switched my cell phone service from #telus to #koodo at the end of December and yet I’m still getting #telus bills 2 months later. Not cool #telus not cool. You will be hearing from me shortly.

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

If you ever get internet service with @TELUS make sure you’re never moving anywhere else, as having the service address changed, seems to be a very complex, time consuming, and hit-or-miss process. This is my 6th call to CS after god knows what happened to my acct when I moved.

@L82be Yep, I did read that. But I still don't see how it's privatized. In a privatized system, individuals pay extra for a service. In this, they don't. Telus is providing the technology and get paid for it, yes. But I would assume any doctor using technology will be paying for it?

@TELUS Telus = Hauwei love Telus supports communist China equipment in their network. CSIS and all other 5 eyes security warns that Hauwei is a threat, yet Telus is okay with this? Why is Hauwei equipment installed with Telus?

@wordsmythical The issue isn’t how Alberta Health is paying out—physicians are all already private businesses—but that they’re paying out to a publicly-traded company. Doctors have to run their businesses according to their professional standards. TELUS focuses on solely on shareholder value.

@DianeMariePosts @mishalerikson CRTC never did anything good for Canadians other than the unlocked cellphones rules. I'm still waiting on datacaps to be removed from residential internet or prices capped for mobile data because Bell/Rogers/Telus are abusing it.

Well it was over 2 weeks ago I phoned to tell @TELUS that my parents land line wasn't working. Guy told me that I wasn't on the account so I couldn't request a service call, BUT he would escalate it and let me know the next day what they could do. Never heard back from anyone.

I have a WestJet Mastercard and over the past month and a bit I've been having nothing but problems. I go to stores and try to pay with it and I get transaction denied. But I can pay with Apple pay. Now today Telus tells me my pre-authorized payment was denied.
