@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

@lav_sunrise Yeah it seriously sucks. Even if you go third party (I’m with Teksavvy for internet) the service is still distributed by Rogers/Bell/Telus/Shaw.

@ZAKtalksTECH Yes. I have tested this with a Google Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 Pro. Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

@Social_Moi @dirklancer Honestly, your landlines will go dead in a long power outage as well. Only exception is if the CO has generator back up. Most do not. As (in Alberta) copper lines fail/get cut, Telus is transitioning those remaining copper customers to Smart Hubs. 1/

Therefore, AHS legally cannot 100% refuse him medical services so they’re not. Just like TELUS for phone, Dir En for gas, Enmax for elec.

@TELUSsupport There we never a way to resolve this issue. The other uses report is fixing itself after an hour or so but doesn’t seem telus provided a fix. Yes it will resolve after an hour, but very annoying when trying to watch something.

@samuraifingers I was talking with telus and they even notice that the pins on the Huawei phones are a wide spread issue. But yes the lint and fluff does have something to play with it.
