    @SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

    @TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

    On god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider

    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    @petrocanada I have US number using in Canada. I installed app over wifi but it just doesnt work when it shd be , at car wash as its on my network, but internally it is still telus or rogers but I couldn't load it until i connected to local wifi. rest apps wr wrking fine at th tm

    @Amu3188 @TELUSsupport I'd like to know how this turned out. Had to drive over to make sure my parents were ok as their phone service has been down since Friday. Telus never showed up for a scheduled appointment. If there is a charge I'll switch them back to Shaw.

    @TELUSsupport a representative of Telus came to our door to sign us up for services. We said that we would think about it. Today we get an email we've signed up. We did NOT authorize this. Now I'm spending my Sunday calling to cancel something I never agreed to. Unsatisfactory.

    @sweetaboutmi the other options I'm looking at are like $50 bucks when Koodo and Telus used to have a monthly cap of $120 that wouldn't be bad.... but close to 200 is way too much for two weeks

    @BigNasty6oh4 Internet is fast and reliable never had an issue or had to call in for something in the three years I’ve been with Telus. Tv is pretty good I like the packages
