    Hi @koodo! I'm wondering what I can do about consistently low cell reception at home. I get poor audio on calls, dropped calls and often calls go right to voicemail. This isn't new, it been gradually getting worse over the last couple of years. It's also affecting the Telus cells

    When told we will move to another company after our contract with @telus is over @TELUSsupport responded, this has nothing tobdovwith customer retention. I thought everything had to do with #CustomerService - there needs to be a better way!

    @Ottawa_Biker @OC_Transpo Normally I don't have any issues in the tunnels until this past week and late week before. So strange. The St Laurent Mall Telus network usually picks me up no problem. Maybe I should try that one too. 🤔

    @TELUSsupport I ordered Airpods on June 11th and was told they would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Still haven’t received any updates or shipping info. HELP! @TELUS

    Amazing statement today by @TELUS - if you keep your phone on airplane mode while overseas you will still incur roaming charges. Only way to prevent this, leave you SIM card in Canada. Terrible #CustomerService by @TELUSsupport

    As long as I’m on LTE my #Ottawa reception is at 1 bar and reception extremely choppy. When changed to 3G service goes up to 2/3 bars & audio conversations became possible. - We shouldn’t have to choose between the two @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.     @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I managed to get down to $32/mo with fido. Not unlimited but way more data than I'd ever use. I was with Telus for a very long time, they never offered any good deals. Just watch for good deals and make the switch.

    @Martyupnorth 21 years I was with them. They would never call back on my "do you still want my business" calls and e-mails. Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time

    @jnbella @TELUS Yes, it's exhausting! Everytime my deal ends, I have to call and say I want to cancel, go through a long rigmarole with the agent until they offer me something decent.

    @Social_Moi @TELUSsupport If you have home issues, call 310-MYTV. For mobility issues, dial 611 from a TELUS cell phone. If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).

    @wongkarwasian most Canadian service providers collude to increase the level of service beyond what the average consumer needs so that can charge upward of $100 a month for something that should be extremely basic telus wants like $110 a month for 500mbps internet for instance, but most people would still be ok with 100mbps or less I'm many cases
