    @Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

    Dear Canada, cellular services like Telus, Videotron, etc are so horrible. 3G feels like dial-up! Not sure how you do it. Rogers, not too bad thou. #ThatIsAll

    I thought there would be less frustration switching back to @Rogers but there are just as many issues if not more than we had with @Bell ! Wishing @CRTCeng would allow more choices in our area so that we could switch to @Videotron!!

    @nofixedpath On a side note, we don't throttle downstream internet at videotron. In your case, we are not throttling and I would suspect more a network issue than anything else. We would have to verify the maximum theorical allowed bandwidth for the devices you're trying to use. -Alex D

    @Videotron i am currently with your mobile business service for the last 2 years.I have used @Bell @rogerrwireless in the past. My contract is up and i need to renew. You have by far the worst customer service of the 3. Charging me $200 on data when overage is $55. Unacceptable l

    @Videotron i mean honestly I cancel all cable and order fibre 400 and I get maybe 200mps plugged. On one of my 12 routers it won’t got above 30 on 2.4ghz and 100 on 5 MHz band respectively. My fibre 120 was infinity faster. Leaving

    Another front in the Bell-Quebecor war: Bell is threatening to cut off Videotron’s wireless users on June 23 after claiming a significant number of them are permanently roaming on its network. Videotron disputes this.

    @jfmezei @CRTCeng Videotron is enforcing it both in real world and on paper in their part-1. Seems to me the issue isn't the 10 customer Bell is complaining about, the issue is both Bell and Videotron fighting to legitimize this fabricated 50% rule.
