@Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

2am thunderstrike overhead fried my Google wifi, Videotron cable modem, a network switch and possibly my ethernet card on my main PC. Very glad I kept a backup router so I can at least get internal services (Plex) back up.

@Videotron Besides, I didn't because I wasn't aware of my limits till I received my bill. However, this month I did receive an alert regarding with my usage limits. So it wasn't a technical problem.

I am to Cour Supérieur du Québec for punitive damages, stress & compensation due to loss of income vs Centurion & Vidéotron who colluded fraudulently vs me & my son to TAL. I'm on disability broke my neck in 1999 an ARTIST I CAN'T TEACH OR SELL ART. We must go public. Help me make this happen.

The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services. Freedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.

4. Allowing vertical integration: The cable companies bought the TV networks, and the CRTC thought this would help give them bigger pockets. Bell bought CTV (and later V/Noovo), Shaw bought Global, Rogers bought Citytv, Videotron bought TVA. But it didn't help the balance sheet.
