My wifi in Midtown #Toronto has gone from bad to worse and I already exchanged modems with @Bell_Support This new 3000 system lasted 3 months and it’s crap 2.0 The Fibe TV also crap. What are my other options? Rogers or Shaw? I’m paying far too much for this low quality service.

@Bell I don't know how you got my address, but I never gave it to you so it was through some kind of scummy unethical means, also you deadnamed me (my deadname hasn't even been my legal name for a while). I know you exist, if I wanted to pay you I'd sign up myself, don't mail me.

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support @Catvanzyl so 3 years ago I had no wifi after a ice storm ! I called Rogers wasn’t even on hold they said oh you have no signal at all we will send a technician he was here within an hour and said the wires were knocked down by ice storm and had it all fixed in 30 minutes

Me: Hello, @Bell Canada, why did you bill me for a phone service I suspended? Bell: It renews after 6 months Me: I want to suspend service B: You need to pay us first Me: I can't cross the border to use that phone B: Yeah, still pay us. Then pay us more to suspend it again.
