@Bell What the heck is the matter with the Fibe reception? It's sucks! My PVR continously goes down at the worst times when my family can finally sit together to watch TV! So frustrating!

  • shaun_holst Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

  • Gymspiration22 Kelly Lee (@Gymspiration22) reported

@Bell what do I do if I have a dead tree hanging on data lines? I want to remove the tree without causing issues to the lines

  • WendyPortledge WendyPortledge (@WendyPortledge) reported

The lack of cellular service in Nova Scotia is appalling. Two bars of 3G/LTE is useless. The province is growing; get more towers. @bell

  • Hydroxylic_Acid Daniel Baer (@Hydroxylic_Acid) reported

"A recent Rogers network failure resulted in an outage in your TekSavvy internet service." "TekSavvy will be applying a 5-day pro-rated credit directly to your TekSavvy account(s)." ~@TekSavvyBuzz THIS is how you run an ISP @Rogers / @Bell! #rogersoutage

  • NegaReaper BadatUniandLumnia (@NegaReaper) reported

I worked my long *** shift today. Wait an hour for my bus home ready to play melty to relax. Oooh wait my net is down again for like the 4th time this month🙃🙃🙃 @RogersHelps. Yo @Bell_Support I wanna be part of your family

  • PBytano Peter Bytano (@PBytano) reported

@Bell_Support bell fiber to the home 3 gbps service is offline "Error 2000 - Authentication" - Area M9V4M4

  • shaunthemon Retired Dirt Co🅿️ (@shaunthemon) reported

@Bell thank you for cutting my internet off without any warning, and telling me you can't fix it for 24hours, even though there's a technician at my place currently installing a service upstairs. If I worked from home this would be a big issue, oh wait I am working at home.

  • davio9999 David C (@davio9999) reported

@RogersHelps That’s ok. The $50 unnecessary charge is more important to you than the year over year monthly payments for the next few decades you are going to lose from what was a loyal customer for 14yrs, keep it, I will be switching to @Bell

  • pdotdot89 Patrick (@pdotdot89) reported

Switched from @RogersHelps to @Bell this weekend. Not thrilled about joining Bell but I'll never be back to Rogers. For anyone still with Rogers, they offered me $40 off a month for a year not to cancel. Take advantage of that info if you're staying with them.
