@Bell_Support I was advised by a team member when canceling my service that the amount to pay would clear the account. Later I received a bill for $525.00 plus ! I was I’ll advised ! I would have continued the service with bell if I had known I was to incur additional charges ! Blatant lie !!!

This @Bell_Support has been hands down the absolute worst call I've ever had. 1.5hrs of my day on the phone to realize I probably need a new modem which I told them in the first ten. Now I've been waiting 20 minutes for her to talk to colleagues to see about the process next....
