@Bell my parents are in their 70s, not very computer literate. They think it is normal for email homepage to take 10 min to load. They decided to switch email service, but no poss to transfer contacts/emails from Bell. Shame on you.

@Bell_Support just got FTTH yesterday and day one already an outage. Area code L5A. The team who installed yesterday also did a horrible job and left garbage on my lawn.

Ironically, the @Bell support person can't help on phone because they are 'working from home'. so expect my mom - 96 - to go to a Bell store.

@Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved

4 @Bell: I am a high school teacher. During the pandemic, YOUR poor service previously impaired my ability to teach my DL students. Your poor service negatively impacted student learning and hurt kids. I have the data to demonstrate this fact.
