@Bell_Support @Bell I have been taking up the issue of poor cell service connectivity in Skyview area of North East Calgary. It’s been months now but nothing is being done. Your customer service told me that you don’t have enough cell towers in area. Any resolution?

  • BriObrien9 BriOBri 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@BriObrien9) reported

@AdamElCohen1 @cbcmarketplace @Bell I have call display and voicemail and I only pick up familiar numbers. If you want scam calls to stop, NEVER answer unfamiliar numbers. If it’s legit and important, people will leave a voicemail. That’s how I’ve dealt with this. I very rarely get scam calls anymore.

@Bell Hey Bell Canada, what can you offer an unhappy Fido customer(who has 4 phone lines) who’s about to jump(been a Fido client for 11 years) ship because of Fido’s abhorrent customer service.

  • XtremeCouponMom Aimee (@XtremeCouponMom) reported

@Bell_Support We have tv, internet, and 5 cell phones with Bell ... I think it might be time to take our money elsewhere if this is how you treat your customers ... god forbid an elderly person gets this agent and this agent scams them for over $600 ... sickening!

  • hottakesareus SportsTalk (@hottakesareus) reported

@Bell_Support located off shore to save money and take jobs from hard working Canadians. Can’t help their customers because the staff is incompetent. Lie to their customers, delete notes on their accounts and charge them for services that weren’t Used.

  • Dreaming_Flames The Dreaming Flame (@Dreaming_Flames) reported

@Bell Might have something to do with your absolutely **** infrastructure in most non-capital cities or rural areas, practically torturous customer service, or absolutely atrocious pricing that'll do it.

  • KarynKrd KRD (@KarynKrd) reported

@Bell how does an internet promotion end, my bill increases $70 a month and all you can offer a loyal customer is $5 a month off on the latest “promotion”? All while I sit on the phone for 30+ mins waiting - and am told to get rid of tv channel subscription! Make it make sense?

  • saymslee monique (@saymslee) reported

@Bell_Support are there any service interruptions in the Brampton area? Because Wi-Fi has been on & off since yesterday 🥲
