@rogers @rogershelp better be adding the data I used during this outage back to my account. I’m not paying for Ignite to use data sitting at home. If not, here I come @Bell

  • mary_vincent Mary Vincent (@mary_vincent) reported

On hold with @Bell to help my parents in Stittsville - phone line on their lawn, no service. Once I got through & set an appt for tomorrow, I thanked the staffer for helping everyone. They were taken aback to receive a thx. Pls thank customer support people - it’s easy!

  • Mike_Edmunds1 Mike (@Mike_Edmunds1) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell @CRTCeng - I hope you are performing a full post mortem on how Bell allowed its service to be impacted for this long across so many customers - many of which have had power restored for over 24hours. The internet is an essential service and Bell should have better resiliency.

@Signals613 @Bell_Support Well the Bell cs guy I talked to today said that there was "damage to multiple servers, with lots of nodes to replace." Yeah ok. As for why the internet service died out so long after the storm passed, he had no answer.

  • kim_canuck kima (@kim_canuck) reported

@Bell_Support Service restored about an hour ago in the J9H area

  • xanten_11 jamey lamothe (@xanten_11) reported

@Bell_Support You really need to fix your DSL lines

  • 103blinddog Lily & Me 🐶 & 👩🏼‍🦳 (@103blinddog) reported

@Bell_Support Well it would appear Bell has no idea what they are doing, so far today they have given us 5 different reasons for why our internet is not working. We aren’t even speaking to people in Canada, they are all overseas. Bell sucks.

  • Signals613 BCKan (@Signals613) reported

@Dude62261752 @Bell_Support They will never publicly say what's going on. All I know is service is great during the storm (cudos to them) and many hours later, the sun is out, and they go down. No explanation...nothing. They are using the storm as an excuse. Storm was long gone. What's going on Bell?

  • zer0ish84 zer0ish (@zer0ish84) reported

@Bell_Support why does LTE and LTE+ not give me data/internet? I've done all basic troubleshooting. My Rogers phone in the same areas didn't have any issues also on LTE and LTE+. Did I make a mistake in changing my mobile service providers?
