    @Bell_Support And don’t ask me to delete and reinstall my mailbox. I’ve done this 10 times already (on my iPhone and iPad) and it’s the same issue every time. My iPad says I have 523 unread emails - yet they are nowhere to be found/seen/read in the mail app either.

    @Doug73179407 @Bell_Support In the past, just rebooting your device was all that you needed to do, once Bell restored service.

    @Bell_Support There have been more issues with Bell email since you changed the format. Go back to the old one...it worked!
