In case anyone was wondering - haven’t been an @bell customer for ten years- trying to get signed back up for turbo hub is a nightmare. Customer service hasn’t changed. Same old @bell. Back to the store I go after two hours on hold.

Hi @Bell, your @TSN_Sports isn't letting me sign in to my account to watch the #ENG vs. #GER game and I'm low-key panicking. What website update did your IT team do to make changes so that logins stopped working overnight... #EURO2020

@Bell @Bell_Support No internet or fibe tv for 6 days. Two technicians sent to my house. Say it’s a main box issue and not my house. Then they leave and never come back. They said “it might be fixed tomorrow. Or the next day or the next day”.

@bell service moving department is not doing service on booked date and don’t want to help if I want to set up by own. I want to cancel my account & you need cancellation fees? This is #scam #fraud you are doing. Why do I pay cancellation fees, if you are not giving me service?

@Bell_Support Your service suggestions will all involve me disconnecting my receiver and rebooting my system; all "solutions" that will only increase the amount of time I am not watching a service that should just work. I don't have to rebuild my engine every morning before I drive my car.

@porcelainduck @Bell_Support @relkatz Legality depends on the industry though. In the US banking industry, this would fall under UDAAP (unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices). It would absolutely be a CFBP issue and a bank could get fined for it.
