@Bell_Support Is there a known issue with Tech Support (611)? The voice that answered me went into a loop each time I tried replying and then informed me they would hang up due to a lack of reply. Sounded like a real voice to me. Was 611 compromised or broken this afternoon?
@bell our whole area and more experiencing slow internet, but it’s technically not down so it doesn’t show…no updates???
@Bell Tried to upgrade my phone and 48 hours later, a wasted trip to a Bell store and 1 hour on the phone resulted in Bell cancelling my order. Bell now expects me to renegotiate. Worst service experience ever!
Hi @Bell_Support! Thought you should know one of your support vans, license # BE33479, was driving super erratically on Lakeshore Ave E around 8:35 a.m. today in Toronto. Speeding in a 40 kmph zone, weaving in traffic, not signaling.

@DaffyDay @sonataarctica19 @Bell They tried to lie and say I had a contract when I didn’t. I called head office and got it fixed because I had recorded the sales person swearing up and down there was no contract. If I hadn’t I would have been stuck for 2 years cause it’s their word against mine
