Have a very sneaking suspicion that @Bell is throttling Home Hub 3000 speeds. I have an old internet plan (300mb) and a speed diagnostic with a technician over the phone showed network to modem speed of 330mb but modem to device speed was reading 45mb. Defective modem… 1/?

@Bell How about Wi-Fi pods become part of the package without extra charge as you already charge far too much already for your service #letstalkaboutthat

@Bell @Bell_Support Spent all day NYE waiting at my new house away from my family for a bell tech that NEVER arrived. Was bounced around customer service departments for over an hour. Nobody at bell tried to contact us. Why is it so hard to sign up for internet? #bellcanada

My 2022 wish list for @Bell - Light up fibre on Preston St, Ottawa (I know it’s already there) - IPv6 support (with a /60 or /56, don’t mess around with a /64) - let me use my own SFP+ router like we used to be able to with HomeHub 3000, at least on business plans
