@Bell_Support I’ve done that NUMEROUS TIMES! Tech support keeps saying “tomorrow at o’clock” tomorrow never comes. I was credited for last month, this month I get a full bill again…still no internet

@Bell I need a number or address to file a complaint. Don't give me the DM line either. We've tried it all. Either you provide a viable contact for issues with your TV service or we will be contacting all media as well as crtc.

@JoeTassone @Bell That sucks man. I get it, things happen…. But when you call the people that are supposed to be there to help you and it’s basically counter productive it’s hard to have faith in a company.

@Bell_Support it’s super frustrating. Your customer support team is useless. The address can’t be found to add another line despite having one already. We live here. We get mail. We have Bell already. I don’t understand the issue. And no one is helping. This is urgent.

@Bell_Support London Ontario customers with no home internet since Friday. What's the real ETA to restore service? Unacceptable length of outage that's been extended yet again...

@Bell_Support I was able to get ahold or technical support for the third time and this time the individual named Sam was able to solve the issue within minutes. I am very happy with his customer service and how fast he fixed the issue.

@abosse2001 @Bell The fact that they made an essentials plan where your data speeds get capped is the biggest slap in the face to consumers. I hope a company like Vodafone comes and scares the crap out of the 3 like Verizon did and forces them to give us an actual deal on plans.
