@TSN_Sports Who made the decision to make this only available on a paid channel?! @Bell when are you going to support women's hockey? This should be on the free channel, just like the men's!

  • Tsmom2 Maria Ceglia 🇨🇦 🌱 (@Tsmom2) reported

@Bell_Support Well I need to cancel my cable but keep my internet so I can work from home and not get fired. So now I’m on hold again and will try my luck with another agent who may be able to assist. But I will be calling a senior manager to complain about her.

@Bell_Support We have several times and had several service men out never much of a change.

@Bell @Bell_Support Please send me the contact information of your Ombuddsman so I can make a complaint about your technician/customer service in relation to the handling of an issue involving my 90 year old grandfather.

@Bell_Support how can I find out when you will be bringing gigabit fibe to my area (L4J)? Been having unreliable service with both @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions and looking for options.

  • colludeintrude alexander solsten (@colludeintrude) reported

You’re literally installing fibre optic and are the company servicing it. It’s like me showing up to work without knives and saying I have to go home because there’s no one to help me chop the carrots. Ridiculous @Bell_Support

  • DanColton60 Dan Colton (@DanColton60) reported

@Bell I already pay 125 for 1.5 g that puts out less than half of that in wifi within 1 foot radius, so the solution is I pay more to fix the issue? Lmao , Maybe you supply a crappy modem to sell these boosters?

  • Bell_Support Bell Support (@Bell_Support) reported

@Bell just wondering do you get away with periodic rate increases for internet service with your corporate accounts?? And if not why are you allowed to bump up rates for individuals?
