@Bell_Support please explain why my texts and data are taking forever to send or just not even working. This issue has been going on since mid March and everyone I know using bell is having these same issues. Sometimes calls aren't even working and yet I've got no clear response

@Bell_Support This is not the case. I was forced to upgrade my plan because BELL BLOCKED my account for going over. Know when I call in to loyalty I am being told I can not get my plan back and I will have to stay with this plan. So I went from 46$ to 61$. I want my old plan back. HELP ME!

Hey @Bell - it takes some kind of special for a company to screw up one customer move as badly as you have on this one. 5 hour wait & no show. No call or explanation. Several hours of being bounced from one service rep to another - to no satisfaction. Staggeringly bad service.
