    you may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.

    Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. Iโ€™m ok.

    My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. โ€œWe cannot call out by phone.โ€ The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

    @Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasnโ€™t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great

    I was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldnโ€™t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think Iโ€™ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell lol, Iโ€™m with virgin plus, paying $30 for 100gb monthly (after tax $32). What I did ? I was on 60gb for the same price , I moved to Koodo , virgin plus called me after 21 days offering 100gb for $30 because they wants old their customer back ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    @Bell AT LEAST DRAIN OUR DAMN RIVER r/shade โ€ฆ.honestly though, if you can, try to play with the water levels. There was sort of this, well, accident in 1908 when the S.S Medicine Hat literally ran into our traffic bridge because the water was too high. Yeah.

    @bellcanadahater @Bell Worst tech support. Transferred me to 4 different people within 2 hours, each of them left no notes on the account and I ended up doing same thing for each of them still no resolution and was asked to pay 75cad for a technician visit.
