All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioIโve checked with my Internet speeds and Iโm 700down, 20up at 11 ping โ that isnโt the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and itโs not telling me much, or I donโt know how to read it. Itโs getting unbearable.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them.
