  you may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.

  Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

  If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

  @Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

  @Highteaspeaks @Bell I moved from bell after 20 years to Freedom. $43 after tax forever price guaranteed none of that bs bell spews wait until a special event like Canada Day or something and get an offer I have 70gb - Canada Us and Mexico. And in US my service was faster than when I was with Bell

  @Bell_Aliant @Bell @BellAliant as a Canadian born citizen who pays Canadian dollars to a Canadian company for Canadian service services to a Canadian Hire Canadians and only Canadians There is nothing worse than myself as a Canadian working in Canada paying a Canadian company for a Canadian service for you to hire somebody from another country for you to send my money to another country.
