@markrmcqueen @RogersBiz @MapleLeafs @BuffaloSabres It isn’t outage free, but @Bell #FibeTV is good and always up during a game. I find if it’s down it’s usually in the afternoon or at end of day before game time, happens quarterly.

  • RossMorley Ross Morley (@RossMorley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell Enterprise businesses wanting better service than a Tier2 carrier like Bell, can get connected directly to a Tier1 Internet provider - fewer hops, lower latency, faster downloads. Ask me - I’ll get you connected! #ISP #Internet #connectivity #latency #jitter #Tier1

  • jmwensley Matthew (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@OPCYARockette Given that #China uses facial recognition as part of social control, enabled by #Huawei 5G network, I have said we cannot trust them. I’m shocked and disappointed that @Bell continues to sell Huawei handsets or uses networking equipment. #China will spy on us, no question

  • KathyAlexiou Kathy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@SpoloMarco @Bell @real_BoomChoom My internet is down, not my cell service. No irony

  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@JasonParis @Bell_Support Yes. That’s what I do. There’s Fibe TV which is just internet access to Bell tv service. No box, no cable. I just use it for basic channels and add on a 4 channel package for $5 bucks (AMC, SyFy, CNN and MSNBC). You can add Sports packages too which I do during the NBA playoffs.

  • courtneybeans2 Courtney beans (@courtneybeans2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support maybe tell everyone to turn there network settings. Turn off your lte to another network and you can text again

  • kevineproulx Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

  • KathyAlexiou Kathy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@emiliobarbon @Bell_Support @ashish86006813 Apparently the outage is MASSIVE. Just have to wait it out

  • kevineproulx Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I've had grievances with Bell Canada in the past, but not with regard to the service outage on Saturday. I reached knowledeable & friendly tech support person in under 15 min who was quite earnest & apologetic about breadth of the issue & no ETA for restoration. @Bell_Support

  • KathyAlexiou Kathy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@marylougeorge2 @Bell Service is starting to be restored. My service just resumed moments ago

  • KathyAlexiou Kathy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Oh, and the service disruptions are across southern Ontario not just the GTA. Do better Bell Support

  • KathyAlexiou Kathy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@AmyLEngland @Bell Most medical/dental offices need it to do any work. We can't see your chart/reports/xrays. For my place of business it's a huge problem for all our patients. This is a huge problem all over the province today. Our office is closed until internet is back

  • Rajendra Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@andymci @Bell_Support This is two strikes against them for me. If there's another outage in the next year, I'm done with @bell.

  • KathyAlexiou Kathy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@canadacanes @emiliobarbon @Bell_Support @ashish86006813 I agree. My business is down also. Will cost me a lot also. Sorry to hear about you also.

@elon @SpaceXStarlink 🙏. 4 adults doing college/work on @bell crummy whole home internet at 17 mbs in rural Ontario. Literally have to schedule when we use the internet. We’ve been waiting 14 months for StarLink now. Please help.

  • Eugenie_dy Eugénie (@Eugenie_dy) reported

@Bell I've just transferred my number to Bell. I only have compliments for your customer service. I really don't regret switching from @RogersMobileCa

  • RonjnJeremy Marc ST-Denis (@RonjnJeremy) reported

@doritosmunchies @Bell_Support @Bell Just do the right thing, don't support bell. Who needs overpriced cable when we have internet. Home phones, magic jack. Cell phones could get tricky but im sure there's a better choice, or stop using one, they are using them to track you anyways.

  • Anne_Creighton Anne Creighton (@Anne_Creighton) reported

Anyone else having trouble with @Bell Wi-Fi?

  • chrislotts1 Chris Lotts (@chrislotts1) reported

So apparently @Bell_Support is having issues blocking spam calls. I've received 14 back to back calls this morning. Didn't a law about this come into play like a decade ago? How is this STILL happening? #BellLetsTalk about how useless you are.

  • jayjaydink Easy D 🇨🇦 (@jayjaydink) reported

@Bell_Support why does my phone give me a "not registered on network" warning when I try to make a call? Can't call or text; neither can my husband. What's up with that? (Yes, our bill has been paid.)

  • poli_sci_guy Mark Johnson (@poli_sci_guy) reported

Been trying to reach @Bell_Support for days, and no answer. Nice to know that customer service is their top priority. 🙄 As if arbitrarily changing services and not telling affected customers wasn't bad enough.

  • JonesSebastian Sebastian 'Treble SpikeVaxxed' Jones (@JonesSebastian) reported

Placing this firmly under 1st world problems but it still pisses me off: I spent most of today online with @Bell trying to get a cell phone activated. The final step, I am assured, is to travel 1060km round trip to a Bell store to prove to them that I really exist.
