They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment that’s not reqd. I don’t understand the logic.
