@Rogers It has been 2+ months that I've had an open ticket because of internet issues. After not hearing anything for weeks I tried to call. Hour and 10 mins to talk to someone. Is there any point in me even wasting my energy trying to get this fixed? Or should I call @Bell ?

I know that Bell and Rogers are basically the same beast but it’s time for a move for us. Branch took down Bell cables, called them to get resolved, told a tech would call to book appt in 24 hours, here I am 28 hours later, no call. Total garbage service @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support You won't do anything. This has been an ongoing issue since we've signed with Bell. You tell us it's our fault because of where we live, while charging us exorbitant prices to use a service that is unreliable. Bell is a monopoly and you're stealing from your customers.

@Bell We won’t be able to have Bell Let’s Talk if our voices are silent. Stand up for Canadian’s freedom to speak freely and zero censorship. Help us destroy Bill C10, fight for Canadians. Or there will be no more talk.

So @Bell "Claims" their #RuralHighspeed is competitive with @StarlinkPage. Both services are infinitely better than @Eastlink. Their claim is #false. Why? You can't be competitive if your service is not available.
