    @Bell ur "support" of small business is atrocious. Not only is it 3 days for your "service", I have to suffer a huge impact on my business. And... if I hadn't called both times to f/u on my service ticket, I wouldn't have known that the service had been rescheduled... Twice!!!

    @bell sigh... Can't just push an update on time eh.. NOBODY got Android13 on your official timeline map, which has now been revised and/or taken down. Honestly? Had months to do nothing but make it work on your network...run a S22 ultra , my phone should be the first to get it.

    @RogersHelps here I go again. Hung up and now on hold again for #ignitemare at @Rogers for another incompetent to pretend they care about fixing constant problems. Please @Bell have high speed internet and cable. I’ll pay more to not deal with Rogers.

    @Bell_Support What is that you can do that the service rep hasn't done? It's terrible that I was promised a call yesterday from 5 - 9, them without letting me know until I called in, it was changedbro 12 - 5 today. Then when u called I was told it had been changed to 8 - 12 tomorrow

    @RogersHelps Useless. But that’s what happens when there’s a monopoly. Hoping @Bell answers their phone on Monday when we ask to rip everything Rogers out of home and offices. Beyond bad service.

    @Bell_Support Please clarify if there are SMS issues today. I've stopped receiving any SMS messages from Twilio services. It's working with other carriers.
