@Bell_Support why advertise 1 day delivery for an internet router when i have to call your support every single day (since 8 days) to get its status. Even after explaining my urgency and concern every day, i am not getting any help whatsoever. #CustomerService #poorexperience

@VirginPlus This includes @Bell too as the owner of @VirginPlus. The monopolies in Canada are on another level. I can't believe the service I regulary receive from companies I've given literal thousands of dollars to through my lifetime.

@Bell I’m tweeting you, as I’m at my wits end. My mom is in Europe honouring veterans who were part of the Dieppe Raid in 1942. Put a plan on her phone with lots of time. It has been days. It’s not working. I spoke with 3 people yesterday.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Well what I’m getting at is we both were wired into the modem even though it was essentially 2 networks. It couldn’t decide who to give the internet to causing my internet to go out and then caused modem to reset. So I reset network in windows and pushed reset button on modem

@RogersHelps Intermittent service is worse than no service and more frustrating. Why is your service so abysmal over the last few months? Someone or something has to change. I need to trust my service for internet and I don’t now. @Bell Fibe is coming to my house 🥹 What day 🤔?

@FF_MuTeX @Bell I had a similar issue when I first got fiber and it was actually condensation build up on the pole where the line comes to my house that was causing a disrupt. Have them climbed the pole ourside and checked the connection there?

@Bell Your internet service on Mink Lake Ontario is unacceptable. Your techs have been out here several times without any resolution. The problem is not with any one residence but the lines coming out here. Please do something about it.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell How long does it take to restart ? A new router won’t fix it if it’s an default setting needing to be changed , and if it’s not that it could be cables being damaged or even overheating if you have objects around it but I don’t think it’ll be that
