@junonewscom They truly have the worst customer service agents right now. Rude, combative, they cut you off while talking, lots of push back on simple inquiries and they hang up too. HORRIBLE @Bell DO BETTER.

Called @Bell to question bill increase for my home internet. I was told this is a standard increase in the rate and we cannot do anything for it. @Bell is increasing rate a week after the ON QC outage and today I have been without internet for 5hrs. Is this what we are paying for

@Bell I'm on Bell sat tv. I have noticed they have canceled alot of channels and d service. Anyone else have the same experience and has there been any notices about cuts in service charges or rebates.
