    My sister and her husband took a day off work to be with my grandmother who doesn't speak English to help with the installation. The @Bell_Support tech came and told my sister that he was going to install a Fibe "internet" phone line (i.e. one that can go down intermittently)

    Thank God for Steve...finally got to deal with a competent #CustomerService agent @Bell that cared to help us - and not hang up or disconnect during the call. That only screwed half the day. 😳 They need more Steve’s.

    @Bell is the worst. Do not go to them if you want a decent family plan. I can’t wait to pay off the device balance and go to a better plan with a better company.

    @Bell_Support your entire company is a joke. Over five hours trying to get the status of my cell phone order and no one can tell me a thing. I’ve been passed or transfer to over 10 departments. God I hope Amazon opens a cellular company so I can be done with your ****

    @Humanitaires @Bell You’d think! Almost 6 hours today alone with no resolution yet. All I need is tech to come out and fix my internet that only worked the one day after they installed it

    My grandmother, who is in her 80s, gets heart palpitations every time the phone line goes down. My sister has been trying to get her an old-school copper land-line from @Bell for about a week. @Bell doesn't seem to want to give my grandmother what she wants (a thread)
