@Bell My wife just called Bell "level 3 retention" and it was almost impossible for us to hear. The "contact center" sounded like a nightclub. Talk about unprofessional and a terrible custom experience.

Dear @TELUS: instead of taking out full page cutesy ads, how about your give me cell service in the subway NOW. If BAI’s infrastructure isn’t so great, work with them to improve it AFTER. cc @Bell @Rogers.

@Bell You dont give the common courtesy of letting your prepaid users know their data is up so when they reload you **** them instead. I can not wait til your rep knocks on my door next. He will hear the wrath. I promise My daughter's mom has no phone time cause you took her $$$

@Bell_Support I have called 10+ times. Lvl 1 support escalates us to lvl 2 support. They check the modem remotely, determine the bandwidth is not being provided, reset something and this temporarily fixes the issue. Within a few mins/hours the connectivity is lost. What is the next step?

Anyone else having so many issues with @Bell in #ontario ? Its almost laughable that I’m being forced to pay such a high fee for such garbage quality (on #canadas number 1?) - HEY BELL, I’m tired of this! One good month in 9 doesn’t equate to great service!

Anyone else having @Bell internet problems in Toronto? They don’t have an official “outage” in the area but 3 other people were told to exchange their router and still had to get a tech to attend #BellInternetProblems #RouterExchanged

@Bell_Support hi I’m in DT Toronto area, the home internet connection is off and on all the time from yesterday. The modem said network error2000. I have to restart again and again. Can anyone fix the problem ??? Thank you
