Hello, @Bell_Support. I spoke to 5 of your tech support reps on the phone and chatted w/a rep via bell website and none of them can help me access my mode settings... Also, I'm paying extra for "premium support" for what? It has been a week nothing. What can i do next?

@Bell Sorry Mirko this may sound all good to a shareholder but to a customer who has been waiting for a repair for 5 days, 4 different work orders lots of "we're sorry, we don't know how this happened" it sounds like a lot of BS. Spend some of those billions on customer service.

@Bell issued a long winded statement today about how much they are spending blah blah blah on tech. The problem with @Rogers and Bell is not that they don't know how to spend money. They just are incompetent and don't have proper disaster recovery plans.
