@MathivanyM @Bell_Support @Bell Their reps are horrible.. just try asking them at the beginning of a call what their employee number is so that you can keep track of who you are talking to. Half the time you will get immediately "disconnected". They have become just as bad as Rogers.

1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

@Bell_Support We have given @Bell too many chances now. At this time we are switching providers. No use in asking @Bell for anymore help.

@Bell_Support Bell MTS slogan “@bellmts” should be “your day just got worse.” Twice now we’ve had appointments for an internet upgrade and both times they failed to show up. No explanations given. 5 phone calls, many emails, tweets & 2 wasted days, & still not resolved. Customer service = zero

@Bell_Support I did. And they did help = 0. Just said can’t do anything. Figure out yourself. I wish I could rate your team -10. So frustrating Sunday was. And pretty sure Monday is going to be. THANKS TO BELL.
