Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

Jordy Gold (@JordyGold) reported@Bell I'm in disbelief. I wrote earlier about severe problems with service & staff. Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Always Freija. (@vanderhague) reported@Bell Why are you hiring non-Canadians who so obviously hate your own customers? Disgusting, anti-Canadian company that backs the flooding of this nation with people who despise us and then give them jobs. Don’t insult us and then pretend to give a ****.

Ayodeji Prime (@Djaymania) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Phone and plan 60 after tax. This is better than just a 25 after tax plan though. In my opinion. (Works for me anyway). Seems network not too reliable on cheaper plans(20-25 per month plans).
-
Ty Carruthers (@AmaraFarmServ) reported@Bell how is it acceptable that the 407 from 115 to Enfield and majority of Clarington, mainly Bowmanville is a complete dead zone. Your cell service has become atrocious and pathetic
-
Brendan Fyke (@BlackHoleNorth) reported@Bell What is going on with your customer service? We just signed up for Bell again. Now either when calling or trying to live chat with someone for support, its a 40 min wait. How about hiring some more staff. Ridiculous.
-
Moses (@dynamozes) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

Curt Corbett (@TheCWade) reported@Bell @UnknownLegendEF Seriously for a communications company the app’s you guys roll out are garbage. Old app freezes all the time - new app is barely functional. Nothing works - Illegal streams are more reliable.
-
John (@johnowolabi_) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell which did you switch to? help a brother..
-
Elyn (Էլին) (@Tokyo_Drift19) reported@Bell_Support for $80, your cell service is absolutely atrocious. I can’t even maintain a stable data connection on my GO train ride home.
