@RogersHelps @Rogers I still don't have cable, Internet (Ignite) and landline services, and I'm paying almost $400/month! @Bell_Support help me switch to Bell!

Lesson learned from yesterday’s @Rogers outage: diversify. Our household is currently Rogers everything: TV, internet, home phone and cellular. Won’t be much longer. Will be moving some of those services to @bell or @TELUS.

@Bell_Support If only Bell could somehow help us get out of our contacts with Rogers I bet you’d see a massive increase in customers.

Hi @Rogers I’m a business account holder and yesterday’s outage was costly. @Bell hasn’t had this issue and the switch is awfully tempting. Do I need to call in to tell you I expect something for yesterday or are you just going to do the right thing and make a standard offer?

@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

@Bell_Support Do you have hardwired landlines? Like phone lines what won't go down in the event of power failure or internet disruptions?

@RogersHelps So you want me to bundle ALL my services with you for what reason? To be without internet, TV, and mobile service for more than 24 hours. You service level belongs in a developing country, not Canada. Get me the ability to contact @Bell asap.

@CheriDiNovo @Bell I think it's Huawei because our big comm companies likely lobbied to keep them out of Canada and they are still pissed. Taking down Rogers did the most damage as they have the monopoly on debit across the country.
