Rich (@FLawLesSlayer) reportedStill having issues trying to stream with @Bell lol. SRRY guys, trying to figure this **** out asap. They fed me BS last night clearly
-
Andrew (@AndrewE05342984) reported@Bell_Support I understand that, however, it’s still in pretty poor taste to have representatives out at this time regardless if they are wearing masks or not. Is this really an essential business practice right now?
-
Amberrrrrr (@prbyamberrich) reported@Bell_Support if you’re working with a customer who has just been on a phone call with your agents for the last hour. It’s not the best PR move to give her your general inquiries line and get her to sit on the phone again. Sending the customer a DM would be the way to go, not vice versa
-
kodak matt (@MattHbrt) reportedNot impressed @Bell_Support waited all afternoon and evening and ended up with empty promises. Bad move on your end for a new customer.
-
Prophet (@JProph) reported@FLawLesSlayer @Bell Canadian problems

-
Hala | 🇨🇦🇱🇧 (@BlingerHeart408) reported@Bell_Support are you guys experiencing a service outage?
-
Dean Wiseman (@WiseMade) reportedTime to "reboot" the @BellAliant #hub3000 "again". Paying for the "best" bundle, getting constant buffering and zero support(multiple cases over the months). The speeds I'm paying for I shouldn't be having issues trying to watch #DisneyPlus show with the kids. @Bell_Support
-
heyamandar 🇨🇦 (@HeyAmandaR) reportedStadia controller won't connect to my wifi, but it will connect to a hotspot. What am I missing here? Easy fix? @Bell_Support
-
Jeff Higgins (@Jeff_J5Films) reportedSo basically there is absolutely nothing they can do for us, even as I try struggle to write this tween with no internet. Total garbage service from @Bell and @Bell_Support as always. Again, avoid at all costs, I will be switching to Starlink as soon as it becomes available.
