  @JefferyThomas @Bell @Videotron Ever consider getting your own neighbourhood wireless. A collective here in Liverpool did that. Gigabit wireless to fix the last km(mile) issue.

  @Bell_Support on July 2, I called in regards to my mothers account after 30 minutes & no resolution to a billing issue because the person wouldn’t listen. I was told no supervisor could talk & that I could not stay on hold, was told I would receive a call back, 6 days no calls
