    @Bell Absolute worse internet provider I have dealt with. They have the worse equipment. My wifi in the same room has modem loses hundreds of mb/s. oh and all they say is wired speed. Well wifi should not drop that bad right beside the modem.

    @Bell loves wasting peoples time. This is the FOURTH day of income that I lose, I had to take off work to wait for you guys to install my tv service and AGAIN no one shows up. Wtf guys? Do better. I’m cancelling my services. My time is valuable and this was a huge waste.

    @Bell_support @Bell So, I'd hoped that being able to reach Corporate Care this morning would have helped, but no. Please help. I just need to get these phones repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. @sonimtech says to look up Bell Reference Code REF9866 on how to deal with it

    Left @Bell and switched to @cogeco and am very pleased. The customer service alone is worth it, but the savings for product quality is incredible.

    @canuck425 @Bell Also been having trouble lately. Have gone years with great connection and speed with Fibe, but now the internet drops constantly.

    @Bell_Support Can you get your s**** together and STOP OUTSOURCING tech support! 1st rep promised a technician today, we cancelled our plan to find out the appointment was NOT scheduled, had to call to rep #2 and now no more technicians available. WHAT THE HECK!
