    @Bell took two payments from my pre-authorized credit card and now says they can only refund me via a cheque in 3-4 weeks. This is highway robbery. Who can fix this ?

    .@Bell_Support forcing your staff to sales pitch someone who is grieving is just horrific. I clearly told both I had a dead loved one and no longer needed service. That should be respected.

    @TELUSsupport is there any outage anywhere in the Niagara region with your cellular service? Just getting no service for any of our Telus phones but surprisingly there’s service with @Bell @Bell_Support.

    @Bell they’re crooks....don’t use them...worst service ever. Used my credit card without my consent but won’t put the money back on said card! Can only send a cheque! Im not in Canada anymore you idiots! Used my card no problem tho! Effing crooks
