    @dtsteen @hewett_michael @Bell_Support Yes, all is well today. I feel bad for people who missed the hockey game. Not interested myself (Leafs out; I wrote them off ages ago) but it's an exciting time for others who root for their teams.

    @user14201 @Bell_Support I had the same problem. Finally after several technician visits, they found the issue. It was a short in the telephone wire and had nothing to do with my equipment. It was the most frustrating experience!

    @Bell_Support It isn't on a property with service address in that street. Both sides of street have street address on other streets. It is on city ROW.

    Have Bell Fibe TV back,but still no internet @Bell_Support @Bell Rebooting helped with TV, but the internet is still out. Still issues in the Guelph area.

    @Bell_Support The reboot option is gone from the settings menu. Infact im not allowed to select any of the trouble shooting tools. I get shows but have to enter the default parental code periodically or whenever I change channels.

    @Bell_Support We have been down since last evening it is now 9:41 am. No TV No Internet and No Phone. When can we expect service? Why am I paying over $300 a month for incompetence?
