So, how is this right. After days of poor internet, we call @Bell and they offer to upgrade us to the 'new fibe'. For free!! I check our upcoming bill and 'free' is now an additional $80.00 a month. How does one complain about scams like this? @ConsumersCanada

@Bell_Support Day 37 without internet, at the corner of king and Peter in the Toronto. Is Bell Canada’s worst internet provider? Seems that way. I have had four technicians out, now my fifth was supposed to arrive today with a new modem, did not arrive, will be arriving tomorrow? Who knows

@Bell_Support okay guys this is pathetic but I’ll be sure to call the media if you don’t fix the credit limit on my account. You’re limiting me based off a false credit report and you’re burying me and trying to stop me. I WILL NOT tolerate this anymore. I can’t even call my mom!

@Bell_Support are you aware of issues regarding connections with reseller such as ebox? I'm subscribed with ebox fiber (which is using the bell network) and I haven't had internet in downtown Montreal since 11am this morning.
