    @Bell "The network you choose matters" - so think twice about choosing Bell. Honoring deals matters, & Bell does not. Wife spoke to CSR re: better deal for our 5of6 out-of contract devices. A deal was made to save ~$100/m. Next bill comes - no change. 1/

    so now I’m informed that the @Bell service agent i spoke to yesterday didn’t properly log the dispatch request for today after scheduling it with me. so now they’ll come tomorrow between noon and 5 to fix the line they damaged 72 hours earlier. very cool. hopefully they show up

    Am often unhappy with @Bell service but today was great. Tech asked if he could come by early (yes!). He was v polite, masked up right away, spent time solving the problem + promised to book a permanent solution (again: 3rd time is the charm?). He was fab.

    @jaycola @Bell_Support You simply tell them that you will no longer use them as a service. You should go with VoIP (Voice Over IP).
