David Brennan (@DBrennanCYW) reported@Bell You’re slowly destroying @NEWSTALK1010 each time I tune in. This past weekend it was a simulcast - if I wanted to watch tv I would. You’ve let go a lot of key on-air personalities as well. Award winner? Fire them it seems is your mantra. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
-
Alison Nash (@shoe_ali) reported@Bell_Support @Bell…keeping a long time customer on hold for hours, not honouring a promo/offer that your people gave, with an email confirmation is not ok. And hanging up on said customer makes it worse. I just want the upgrade promised to me. It shouldn’t be this hard. Fix it.
-
cheyennethoms (@cheyennethoms_) reportedYo @Bell you need to fix your verification system because its ableist and classist as hell to expect ppl to have multiple devices or be able to just drop everything and drive 2 hours to the nearest bell store.
