The box isn’t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months
