All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isn’t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they don’t I’m going to downgrade back to one screen
