@Bell_Support We just upgraded to Fibe today and now it doesn’t work. Support says we have to wait until tomorrow with no service for internet/TV w/fam of 7.And I work from home. Not good postinstall service Coworkers are asking how the Fibe is working... how should I reply?

Is anyone else having internet issues with @Bell_Support ??? I have a huge meeting at 11 and all morning my internet isn’t working. Now i have to wait for someone to come...God knows how long that is going to be!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

@Bell how is it possible that your service technicians have up to 30 days to service cables that have been taken down in front of my house by a truck. Aside from this being absolute **** service, that’s a safety concern for the neighbourhood.

Good job @Bell. Over 60 minutes on hold, transferred to *6* different CS reps. And my call has been disconnected twice. I've spent nearly 3 hours trying to sort out an issue. I'm thinking you don't really want me as a customer anymore... #badcustomerservice #bellmobility

@AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

And abuse and ridicule from storekeepers, security guards, passersby, housing or peer support workers, all of whom seem to have the idea I did this to myself, or I somehow deserve to be homeless, filthy, hungry, bored, constantly depressed and angry. @Bell says "let's talk". Ok.

@Bell_Support They can do that without my call. It’s an issue with logging in to those apps via my bell account. It appears the api call isn’t working. This is a persistent issue and you don’t need to waste my time calling anyone.

@orangemaple @Bell_Support Ours is down sporadically every other hour or it just won’t reach half our house it’s ridiculous! 👎🏻 we’ve had tech after tech come by and give us every excuse in the book and tell us our house is too big for the connection for each every room! Having Bell Fibe is great because it is slower than the internet in the Middle Ages and when it rains it stops working. 20 hours without internet or TV. @Bell_Support calling tomorrow but wanted to vent my anger here because it is absurd how horrendous and predictable service is
