Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

  • WayneRodriguez Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

  • anonymousteeee teeeennniiishaaaaaaa (@anonymousteeee) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@Bell is the absolute WORST COMPANY 😡😡😡😠

  • Miss_Angel_Baby Pumpkin Slut (@Miss_Angel_Baby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • brukneck Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

  • PurpleNaNo Noora Nasrallah (@PurpleNaNo) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell I’ve been a customer for 3 years. I made a new order at my new place on Oct 9 and I am STILL waiting for the installation to happen. I’ve had SEVERAL really frustrating phone calls with your staff, promises of technician coming but noone showing up or even calling to cancel

  • simplychowdhury S Chowdhury (@simplychowdhury) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@abelaie @Bell We have been getting hosed by service providers forever. The price we pay for Feds (CRTC) protecting companies vs consumers. Trend will continue...

  • brukneck Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Bell You would almost think this is a business strategy because it's nothing like the level of service we pushed while I was at Rogers. ..... disappointing to say the least.

  • MM87AQ Mushref AQ (@MM87AQ) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

I called @Bell many times regarding update for my status and this is going to fat I feel that they are playing with their customers and not giving the right answer . Seriously what is wrong with @bell are you really going to be a name with bad services. #boycutbell

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Customer service pro-tip: Even when I am not already inclined to hate your company, a sales rep showing up at my door at 9:00 at night is probably not going to win you any business. Looking at you @Bell_Support. #TooManyLiesInThePast

  • DianeFisico Diane Fisico (@DianeFisico) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@tousignantbarn @Bell Great product, horrible execution and customer service. Calling tech support is NEVER successful. #BellFibe @Bell_Support

  • hashirrasul Hashir Rasul (@hashirrasul) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell has given new meaning to “customer retention”; instead of offering to retain me, they asked if someone else could take over their services from me. #savage

  • danlanaddy Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support To be sent out to maintain it. The fence is falling down, the rods protrude into the sidewalk unless WE bend them back and pull the fence up every other day. It’s not safe and at the end of the day, it’s our home. It doesn’t need to be that way for 6+ months.

  • FitzDrum Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I never asked for the service to begin with!! Cancel it.

  • CBrookie74 Brooke Sparks (@CBrookie74) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • MizanulKhan Mizanul Khan (@MizanulKhan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell We need more good telecom providers. We r sick and tired of Bell & Rogers. They never kept their promises.... all r cheaters (especially home internet & TV services). Stop #Monopoly!!

  • danlanaddy Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

For over a month before we fixed it so people could access the sidewalk. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Catofsiena Ayn Rand (@Catofsiena) reported

@Bell. You really suck. I can’t even write how awful you are. I guess that you are better than Rogers, but that is a really low bar.

  • greg_rodrigo Greg Rodrigo (@greg_rodrigo) reported

@Bell With working from home, we exceed 350GB, so we are paying $180 a month. I wonder what we would pay if we exceed the cap for the 50Mbps service? Yes, you do have to pay about $600 for Starlink’s equipment, but I can easily recoup that after about a year Thoughts?

  • Scotty_Evil Scotty E. (@Scotty_Evil) reported

    @ClayStThomas @telusmobility @Bell Omg never use Bell.

  • eevdemon Emmanuel (@eevdemon) reported

@peternowak Hahahahaha the "Gigabit" internet in Toronto by @Rogers is soooooooo slow so much of the time I have to either switch to mobile data or use my neighbours @Bell internet (with permission of course, and it is not much better most of the time). Oh CanadIAN BROADBAND

  • sunshine_vocals Sunshine Vocals (@sunshine_vocals) reported

@Bell internet is just so terrible. Day and night the connection is bad and at night it's so reduced that it's rendered completely useless. Seriously! Fix you towers or whatever.

@Bell_Support Why do I have to cancel my service before Bell can offer an extension to my service that I currently have.

  • ChrysalisChris Chris Hitchcock (@ChrysalisChris) reported

@Bell_Support Fibe internet is down @ Oakville near 8th line and upper middle. How do I report this?

  • jmlangevin Jean-Marc Langevin (@jmlangevin) reported

@backspin18 @Bell Be carefull at renewal. Read your contract because after I had paid my 2 cellphones they renewed at same price ( but the 2 phones were paid ). They wont credit me that difference after I called. Never received such a bad treatment.

  • ChrysalisChris Chris Hitchcock (@ChrysalisChris) reported

@Bell_Support Thank you. Rebooted the modem. But still issues. Good to know it’s not a widespread outage. Should help us to narrow things down.

  • Infinit29907419 Infinity (@Infinit29907419) reported

I honestly need a recommendation for a better service that @Bell Customer Service is getting worst as the days goes by and they keep blaming poor customer service on Corona!! #irritating
