I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโt a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโt Iโm going to downgrade back to one screen

I did a packet loss test and itโs not telling me much, or I donโt know how to read it. Itโs getting unbearable.

I pay $100 mth for the service. Never had an issue with them.
