All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

I did a packet loss test and itโs not telling me much, or I donโt know how to read it. Itโs getting unbearable.

Yet exactly when the Toronto Blur Jays start to play, it keeps freezing and Iโm barely seeing any of the game. Not a great way to treat customers
