@DRMontgomeri @Bell Bell won’t get any of my business directly, tho our Teksavvy service runs over their lines. Wonder if a Canadian government will still support Bell denying fiber access to third parties when our money is going out of the country to Starlink?

@Bell_Support Seems there is a service issue in north york too, im near jane and wilson and have no signal coming into my unit. Called and spoke to a tech, who clearly had limited experience, and no resolution and she hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor callback.

@Bell_Support on @TwitterCanada were the only Bell Support people that knew what to do to assist me. They were the ones that recovered my e-Mail addresses, after phone support said it could not be done. Thanks for making it right!

Hey @Bell_Support can someone from level 2 support call me? I just spent an hour on support. 30 minutes on phone and the guy abandoned me. 30 minutes on love support and I have been ghosted again. This is bad. Brand new receiver won't connect.

@Bell_Support Hi, I am hoping that you can provide an update. The email said that service would be restored this morning but we still have no phone, Internet or TV. I've been using mobile devices to hotspot for my work and the kids' school but am going to blow through data if this continues.
