    @ShamanaDreams @Bell I got so mad I said Iโ€™ve done this countless times now itโ€™s not working you NEED to send a tech out! She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

    I was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldnโ€™t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think Iโ€™ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

    @JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโ€™t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

    @Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they canโ€™t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

    @snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat sheโ€™s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesnโ€™t want to give it up. I keep telling her whatโ€™s the point if itโ€™s below par service! Iโ€™d rather pay for decent wifi!

    This is why @Bell is so bad. Wires down, across multiple houses driveways and all they say, is we will get someone there in 2 days or more. People can't leave their house all Bell is taking +2 days?!?!?!?

    1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

    Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

    @Bell can you please update your network outage page. Itโ€™s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

    @Bell_Support when will internet access be restored for the Gatineau area in Quebec, Canada? website says theyve been trying to diagnose the problem for 5 hours but no other updates are being provided. your website needs to be more transparent, 5 hours with no updates is too long

    @toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesnโ€™t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

    @Bell my 94 year old motherโ€™s home phone has been since Saturday, Iโ€™ve been lied to twice already. When it was going to be fixed, that it was fixed, then it wasnโ€™t fixed and suddenly today they say itโ€™s fixed. Her phone is still not working and someone may be out tomorrow.

    This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

    @Bell left me stranded with no data even though I paid for travel plan. Didn't help me at all even though chatted on my trip 7 times Bell travel plan fail. And now they say they won't give me back my money. After 19 years @telus here I come!!!
