    The article makes for a great story, it will allow that region of Quebec to benefit greatly. It's disappointing that @Bell went ultra low cost while installing cell service in coastal Labrador communities giving a very poor quality product despite government funding both regions.

    @Bell I cannot afford nor do I have Bell Cabled Service access ... why do I keep getting this add? I know she works as a lab Tech in NCIS possibly. I think Gibbs is hot. Lol
