Why is the @Bell cellular service in Belleville, Ontario so awful? My iPhone 16 Pro Max struggles to keep a solid signal flipping between 5G+ and 5G and everything is slow to load if it loads at all.

@thewirereport @Bell I recall this was a fee-based service. I used it twice to get through to doctor's office that always seemed to have its phone line in use.

Hey @Bell our home internet is out. Again. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks. It was out for 5 days in mid-January. Your customer service line is not open & it seems there is no other way to contact you. We need internet now & always. Please advise what we should do. Thanks.

@peggy_blair Worked at @bell I watch a guy get couched because he did not up sell an old lady that called him and needed help to lower her bill, because she could not afford it. They would rather lose you and have you come back than to keep you. **** @bell I would never use them.

Such a terrible app. TV cable is through Rogers.. all crave shows are working Yet there is an issue for me watch on my phone. Lots of shows are locked through subscription that we ALREADY HAVE... switching between bell and Rogers ruins everything @Bell @CraveCanada

@athikafz @Bell Not just Bell tbh, Canada’s telecoms run like an oligopoly. Limited competition, expensive spectrum, and no real incentive to fix network congestion. Compare that to India: way more competition, cheaper data, dense tower rollout. Here we just pay more for dropped calls.

  • gregtelford Greg (@gregtelford) reported

@Bell I recently switched away from your service. Before switching, I called and asked about ways to remain with your service and you couldn't offer anything sufficient. Immediately after switching I received a call with a substantially better offer. What are we even doing here?
