@Bell_Support Ok, finally got it sorted out. Seems that little 5G network hiding in the modem was the answer. Connected the bike to that little baby and bingo, we have speed.

@Bell_Support I can’t. I’m not with you. Just get service on your network AND that is not the problem. That has absolutely nothing to do with what is happening you need to turn off that feature. I didn’t want it, I didn’t ask for it nobody did, turn it off

@rogers no internet since 8:30 in our entire area. What are we paying for? Constant issues. Couldn’t fix it in 10 hours???? Switching to @bell asap.
