I just want 4 working Wi-Fi pods. It’s all I’ve wanted since mid-December. 6 calls, 2 failed shipping attempts & now @Bell_Support is fixing the situation by billing me for 2 new pods to fix their problem 🤬🤯.

@TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

@Bell your customer service continues to be brutal. How does one speak with a manager? Your call centre people do not seem to be aware of how to do this. #nottheirfault

@adamschoales @Bell Depends. What does a service call cost? CAT5 cable might be more economical, but does signal degrade?
