  • mrmagurch Mr Magurch (@mrmagurch) reported

    @Rogers 30 years with you and after an absolute nightmare trying to add a business line to my account, I see no reason to stay anymore. Customer service means nothing. Loyalty means nothing. Four operators each saying something different and different prices. @bell can you help?

  • wmacminn William MacMinn (@wmacminn) reported

    @Bell_Support @Bell I have a full service outage and have received very poor tech support - including refusing to connect me with a supervisor to discuss having a technician appointment sooner than 48 hours from my service failing. Can someone please contact me??

  • Megannety Steven Megannety (@Megannety) reported

    @Bell Have at it, just don’t ask me for money so you can continue to provide ****** service.

  • MusicMonkey MusicMonkey (@MusicMonkey) reported

    @Bell yikes, your “loyalty” department basically just told me that my neighbour could be paying $50 less than me and the offers are based on each house, and if I’m not happy go ahead and cancel… I guess I’m cancelling

  • Sandra_Cole44 🎭 Sändi Cöle 🎭 (@Sandra_Cole44) reported

    @TorontoHydro Well, I did call 311, and they said it's not their equipment either. Oh well, I hope no one causes any damage with the door being opened. Maybe it's Bell's or Roger's @Bell @Rogers

  • flutefox ProfessionalMom (@flutefox) reported

    Bell data not working on new Bell plan. None of Bell employees know how to fix it @Bell

  • thePaaReal The Paa (@thePaaReal) reported

    @Bell You'll be surprised that I called bell for a toronto service Nd they told me they still have copper service at 1mb/5mb. Canada is a 3rd world no doubt.

  • JasonBekiaris Jason Bekiaris (@JasonBekiaris) reported

    That joyful feeling of cancelling @Bell @Bell_MTS the WORST customer experience I’ve had in 51 years of breathing oxygen. Support staff are complete liars. Worst Fiber Internet in Manitoba history. I’ll be on the phone with the Better Business Bureau first thing Monday morning!

  • ReisVanDam Reis Van Dam RVD (@ReisVanDam) reported

    @Bell He sucks

  • Discopuppy4 Robb (@Discopuppy4) reported

    @RogersHelps I have done that, no help! Hence why we’re having this conversation. Now, it’s 2025, I’m sure Rogers in the telecommunications industry can surely call one of its clients that have been loyal to them for over 20yrs. Here I’m going to tag @Bell and see if they want to earn my biz.
