@Bell and @Bell_support, it is disappointing to say the least that your tech support and customer service couldn’t fix internet issues for over two months. Or don’t small businesses matter anymore? The lack of proper communication and technical support from your team is terrible!

@Bell_Support after speaking with 2 agents online (one who was hilariously unhelpful), I was transferred to what was supposed to be the loyalty program...unfortunately he accidentally transferred my call to virgin mobile instead lol. After 2 hours, no help, none in sight.

People complain about rogers outage a lot, but Imagine opening a new account with @BellMobility @bell and after a month your phone number still does not work and techs are running away from your issue because they don't know how to resolve it... Over 30 days with no phone...
