Omega Point (@OmegaPoint_) reported@Bell So, I got a deal on the phone with one of your agents on Nov 27. He said my phone will be shipped in 4-5 days. It's been 12 days and still NOTHING. Then I call and your customer service tells me I have to wait another 5 months. This is unbelievably lame and unacceptable.

As an employee working from home during COVID, I would have expected more support from your organization. Unfortunately, I’ve had to move my services to Rogers. Hopefully 2021 will be better
