    @bell_support YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Waited three hours for promised technician this morning. Surprise! No one shows up, I still have no wifi or tv, and I pay you $330/month! I have been using hotspot for THREE DAYS! How do you run a business with no regard for customers?

    @Bell u have very shoddy cell service in Baker Lake, Nunavut, u guys did "tower improvements", but now service is worse when rain, snow, sleet weather, majority of ppl rely on cellphone now, we cancelled land line phones, please look into & repair

    @gerrybuddy @lee_jasonk @Bell When I cancelled a Bell service recently, I had no option other than to call to cancel. You go through everything then you are passed to another rep, who asks for same info then they start trying to upsell different (aka more expensive) services while you're on line. It is awful.

    @Bell_Support I’m using the roam like home 500mb. It capped out while I was driving disconnecting my data instead of slowing down. Had to pay an extra $10 just to get another 500mb is ridiculous. Why wouldn’t it slow down instead of disconnecting completely? Horrible service
