@Bell_Support You would have had a two year contract for the mobile hub we ordered and you still didn't care enough about customer service to send it out. You're even worse once the contracts are signed.

@Bell_Support we were on the phone 3 hours to order a mobile hub we cannot get in stores. That was a month ago. Still no hub. You customer service is a joke.

@Bell_Support Yet again you waste the time (life span) of your customers. You are taking away a portion of my life for your incompetence that I can never get back. Stop wasting my life.

@Bell_Support You're missing the point...I have no issue with a local salesperson attending my house. I would like an explanation as to why bell is being irresponsible in a pandemic. Seems like profit over safety,

@Bell_Support Please stop sending me SIM cards and offers in the mail. I was a customer for 4 days last year and left due to the horrible customer service! I will never be a customer again. You’re the worst!

@Bell_Support If you could not provide service for a mobile hub you should have said so instead of jerking me around yet again. I gave you both a mobile number and a landline and you STILL could not access the account.

@Humanitaires @Bell @BellAliant Oof that's awful. These were calls from a third part marketing firm k would guess. They did say on behalf of Bell Aliant. I just don't understand why 3 calls and why the last guy was so weird about why I didn't want to sign up for extras.

@Bell_Support My husband is Geoffrey Laxton. Look up the damned account yourself and stop being lazy. Even giving your staff a phone number they REFUSED to look up our account that way on the phone. REFUSED. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. And train them to stop lying. That's how you can 'help' people.

Dear @Bell @Bell_Support @TSN_Sports, I’m paying all this money for UltraHD 4K television service, #F1 races are covered in 4K, but Bell/TSN doesn’t broadcast them that way! WTF?
