Technician walks in the door, puts a receiver under the tv, stashes a modem in a closet, gives us our username/password and walks out the door. No HDMI cable, no tv, no phone. Nothing works. Worst experience ever 😔

I spoke to 5 diff. people and got 5 diffe. info, everyone contradicting the info I had just received. I gave up and switched all our services to Videotron shortly after.

Unbelievable how those agents can lie and give you the runaround to save a couple $100. @bell is terrible at customer service. And during a pandemic as well. @bellcanadalies 👎
