Now they won’t confirm cancellation or give my money back. I would have never signed up with an outfit like this so kind of on you?

Nicole Kearsey (@nicolek1989) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS @Bell whoever tf owns the tower that was knocked out in St. John’s recently is gonna have to do something about it. Service has been terrible ever since. The year is 2026. I’m in a major city on a main drag and shouldn’t be losing service flat out

The Snoman (@craz4sno) reportedHow many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

monybrat (@BratleyMonica) reported@Bell_Support I am very upset. 2nd time in 4 days, no home phone. I‘ve reported it. Said repair will be here tomorrow. My husband is dialysis dependent. In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. 😡
