  @Bell I confirmed on Fri. and Sat. that I had a tech appt for Monday. I call on Mon they can’t find the appt or any info on me!! 3 weeks I have waited for internet/cable. Worst company ever! I had no troubles w Rogers. Wish I could go back. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @Bell worst customer service ever, agent named Adam, on call was so rude and in a rush that doesn't Wana help or assist. Worst service ever and I'll make sure I switch all my services. Will never recommend and will refer to this incident to all. Thank you @bell for nothing.

  @Bell I think your virtual assistance program is broken. I've been trying all day to get to technical support and after in putting all the prompts it goes silent. No transfer, no support, no help and I'm still having issues with my TV freezing!

  @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

  Hey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?
