  @CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.

I notice you missed a huge Elbows Down announcement by your parent company @bell Why did you not cover your company outsourcing tons of Jobs from Peterborough Ontario and other small towns to Morrocco?   @Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

  @Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

  @Bell My bell account wont solve you fixing your towers in newfoundland ..... the 120odd people that was in area all never had cell service either and its only bell towers

  The Bell phone corporation are quite the scammers. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.

  @Reil76 @Bell Same here for years. Everytime i'll get. "I will send you a new reliever" Can i have a technician come out? "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway

  @Reil76 @Bell Had issues at the cottage with the receiver. Called support 4 times!! Finally asked to have someone go out. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.
