    @bell I’ve been without services home internet and tv (Fibe) since Wed…I can’t understand why there isn’t a mobile hotspot device that can be provided to me while your company resolves your issue! I was told that my services will be up at 9pm today but the new eta is tmr at 5pm

    Spend 2 hrs w/ @Bell on the phone, add up $197 in credits due back only to be told it won’t be done by another CSR, I love paying a mortgage just to be treated like absolute crap.

    @CraveCanada @Bell @HBOCanada you guys have a technical issue. My Android TV app and the Bell Fibe App both showed Last of Us episode 4. I restarted and reinstalled both apps. Did not change anything. My Android Phone app had the correct episode 5. As a paying customer, ..
