@Bell_Support Any reason why wxyz from Detroit on Bell Fibe TV (1221) has audio problems. Sound goes off repeatedly. Only on that channel. Very annoying.

@Bell @Bell_Support Bell Canada has the worst customer service. They will just transfer you from one team to the other and make sure you keep going in circles and keep explaining your issue to 10 different teams. #BellForWorst

@Bell_Support left pvr unplugged overnight, rebooted HH3000, reconnected pvr, still crap. only channel 1 available, even in the guide. ridiculous.

I'm screaming into the abyss that is #bell customer service. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes with a rep who doesn't know what a phone exchange/prefix is, who can't answer basic questions & won't pass me on to a supervisor. This is what can monopolies do. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support yup total crap at this time. either my pvr is crap or fibe is out. matter what I do only channel 1 appears, even on the guide. maybe @Videotron has better service.

Um @Bell_Support is there an outage within your company? My internet just stopped working. I have reset my modem, as well as all of my devices. Still too slow or just not working. Help, please and thanks!

@Bell_Support I’m curious about your staffing issues. Why would it take five hours and six different staff members to activate a SIM card? Are all sr employees on vacation? Issue unresolved. Not a big deal, I suppose, given the world’s circumstances. Mgmt training?
