@Bell_Support I've already found a solution. It's called dropping your bad service after a year of issues with bad billing, poor speeds, and customer service agents married to their scripts.

Great satellite service @Bell_Support @Bell . In Dec we're told new smart cards coming to reduce fraud, but never get them. Yesterday, few channels started dropping out & by the time your 1-800 folks were done "helping" us, we had no channels at all. New cards? Maybe in 10 days.

@Cristina331203 @Miss_Allison_D @Bell Geez, they should reimburse you!! If you’ve tried and they refused to, you might be able to go to your provincial Ombudsman’s Office with it. They’ve messed up so many things with our services but they always try to blame the customer, even when their responses are nonsensical.
