@Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps That’s not too bad to be honest. I remember 9600 baud dial up

@Bell_Support @SunilKadikar You know, if Bell could be bothered to provide adequate technical support options, maybe they wouldn't need to keep begging customers to DM them every time a customer posts to the internet seeking support. We shouldn't have to turn to Twitter to access @Bell_Support.

@Nick_181 @Bell_Support When I called customer service this aft, they said it would be working by 11pm on Feb 2! Hopefully they’ve bumped up the timeline? Outage website says it’s a cut line so hopefully a sinple fix?

  • photothiel Scott Thiel (@photothiel) reported

@SteveDesroches @Bell_Support Would this be poor hindsight or poor foresight?

  • dragonabsurdum ALL (@dragonabsurdum) reported

@Bell With the outrageous fees you charge, you don't even have 24 hr tech support??? There's an outage and there isn't even anyone available to notify. The only option on your website is to phone, but people can't #@*%ing phone you when your service is out!

  • RhondaCameron18 Rhonda Cameron (@RhondaCameron18) reported

@JodiParker @SteveDesroches @Bell_Support Very confused that Bell can install these lines in the snow. I am waiting - since Nov - for them to call me to come fix their broken fibe line at my house. (Installer could not finish install job due to faulty line) Assumed it would be spring.

  • PacMadden Garth Madden (@PacMadden) reported

So..... @Bell it has been about 6 months since you have sold me internet via a door to door salesman. I got a call 4 says after saying you have no ports available.... when will you hookup service? 6 months of detox is the norm now why bother.

  • misswong Laura (@misswong) reported

@RogersHelps your fibre-powered page clearly states that there will be TWO planned outages so why am I on planned outage THREE? I understand it’s necessary work but why do it during BUSINESS hours when the majority of people are WFH? @Bell_Support what can you offer me?
