@bell I’ve been without services home internet and tv (Fibe) since Wed…I can’t understand why there isn’t a mobile hotspot device that can be provided to me while your company resolves your issue! I was told that my services will be up at 9pm today but the new eta is tmr at 5pm

@CraveCanada doesn't function well . Login credentials are correct but says login credentials are incorrect, ive triple checked & its correct. So I try login into crave via @Bell account & the same darn thing. Fix your glitches please.

@Bell terrible experience this morning with Lorne in Accounts Receiveable. All I asked for was a manager to call me back when free to be told “we don’t do that”. Lol.
