@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell @Bell , I gave my account number as requested, but it’s been 45+ mins with no update. Months of slow internet, repeated calls, and no resolution—this is poor customer service. When will you finally fix this?

@sdpate @Bell Bell has many, many picocell repeaters on poles, but it all goes back to pushing 5G, which can require ten times more service points than 4G, when there are no really compelling reasons for it for most people.

@Bell @Bell_Aliant I just spent 50 minutes and 32 seconds of my life, mostly on hold, trying to have service restored and there is no one who can fix the issue. No supervisor is available and no one in Business Care is available to speak with me.
