@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

@Bell I've just transferred my number to Bell. I only have compliments for your customer service. I really don't regret switching from @RogersMobileCa

@doritosmunchies @Bell_Support @Bell Just do the right thing, don't support bell. Who needs overpriced cable when we have internet. Home phones, magic jack. Cell phones could get tricky but im sure there's a better choice, or stop using one, they are using them to track you anyways.

So apparently @Bell_Support is having issues blocking spam calls. I've received 14 back to back calls this morning. Didn't a law about this come into play like a decade ago? How is this STILL happening? #BellLetsTalk about how useless you are.

@Bell_Support why does my phone give me a "not registered on network" warning when I try to make a call? Can't call or text; neither can my husband. What's up with that? (Yes, our bill has been paid.)

Been trying to reach @Bell_Support for days, and no answer. Nice to know that customer service is their top priority. 🙄 As if arbitrarily changing services and not telling affected customers wasn't bad enough.

Placing this firmly under 1st world problems but it still pisses me off: I spent most of today online with @Bell trying to get a cell phone activated. The final step, I am assured, is to travel 1060km round trip to a Bell store to prove to them that I really exist.
