@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell_Support I've been told: - there is nothing they can do - take my POA papers & ID to a Bell store - MAYBE they can help me My mom is going to die with Bell having "protected her from fraud" aka her daughter trying to get her bills sent to me in Ottawa vs Renfrew (where she isn't).

@Bell, stop bragging about how you have “the #1 network in Canada” when I’m literally next to a tower in a town with <1000 people and can’t pull more than 10mbps. Your cell service sucks in Newfoundland, pretty bad when even a hospital can’t get any decent reception.

@Bell_Support @jam33laY We had an outage as well and now the modem won't turn back on. Tried unplugging for 30 seconds, held the reset button, checked power line .. nothing is working

@dalybeauty @Bell_Support When my mother died Bell would not let us cancel her phone. Had to wait out the year on her plan. Ridiculous.
