    @Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

    @Bell_Support There's no need. You're tech team is aware of the issue. I'm more interested in resolution steps taken to get the incident resolved. It's affecting thousands of people in the Gatineau area.

    @Bell received a customer quality call today. When I told him that I had dead spots for service and was considering changing providers because of significant cost savings...his reply was I should be careful they could be worse.....

    @CraveCanada according to @Bell I should cancel my crave + HBO subscription and sign-up through bell, and they will give me a 50% discount for the first 4 months... But why can't crave offer this to existing customers... 😳🤔
