In January, my 75 year old mom made a $203 phone payment that somehow ended up in another customer’s account. Despite multiple calls over the last 3 months, they still “can’t find the money” and have not credited her back. @Bell_Support, this is a disgrace.

@lesleychestrman @Bell_Support Good for you! Bell customer service sucks. I dumped them years ago and have been a happy Videotron client ever since.

@lesleychestrman @Bell Ha! That’s the Bell I know & love: last fall, I complain about a 240$ bill, they reduced it to.... 310$. Never again #neverbell

@Bell_Support @Bell When will additional rural plans be offered in ON? I have 200GB of data but capped at 5 down, 1 up. Meanwhile, my bell phone does 25 down, 10 up. My internet plan is effectively useless when gaming. Ive started to Hotspot my cell but my plan only has 15GB.

@Bell_News @Bell_Support @Bell Is it customary for your employees to not follow through on service? Despite my doing all that I can, you continue to mess it up. What's wrong with you?

@Bell Ottawa South could use some internet, not like it's the capital of a G20 nation or anything. The worst internet. ever.
