@Bell was on hold for 45 minutes just to find out there’s an outage for all of Atlantic Canada so the TV boxes don’t work. Maybe post a message on your social pages to inform customers and to prevent the massive influx of calls?

Issue😡 so this tells me that this Canadian app I wanted to support doesn’t give a hoot about Canadian consumers 😡 @Bell buys out everything & treats customers like crap😡 I’ll be cancelling my subscriptions old & one that was an error 😡

I am sooooo ******* done with @Bell. Has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with an ISP ever

  • cchriss09 Chris Ryan (@cchriss09) reported

I’ve had @Bell for about 2.5 years. Been paying out the *** ($150) every month because I finance my phone. Once that was paid I was at $100/month. I switch to telus and bell calls right away and offers $30/month plan. Why ******** are they allowed to price gouge like this ??

  • QuionBarrett Quion Barrett (@QuionBarrett) reported

Imagine spending 2 hours on phone with @Bell because your internet isn’t working and then they told you level 2 tech unavailable so just do without internet for another 24 hours until you get a call back, ridiculous service.

  • Caprico47634524 Capricorn7 (@Caprico47634524) reported

@genevalaitis @Bell Teksavvy, they are a reseller and can offer the same service through cable or another provider that they have an agreement with.

  • AtifMo_ Atif Mohammed (@AtifMo_) reported

@athikafz @Bell Not just Bell tbh, Canada’s telecoms run like an oligopoly. Limited competition, expensive spectrum, and no real incentive to fix network congestion. Compare that to India: way more competition, cheaper data, dense tower rollout. Here we just pay more for dropped calls.

  • dastanfo David Stanford (@dastanfo) reported

Such a terrible experience with @Bell from both the initial installation and then the following customer. Satellite was not installed properly and waited three weeks to get someone to repair. They did a no-show three times in a row and customer support did nothing to resolve it

  • BobAdams120 Bob (@BobAdams120) reported

@Bell Fix the internet! Its been 5 days without internet!! Keep pushing the dates and times and lying! Enough! I work from home and didn't get paid for the last 5 days!!

  • BBlueBirdTO BBlueBirdTO (@BBlueBirdTO) reported

@311Toronto please help clear snow on the sidewalk at 130 Ridelle Avenue. The @Bell building/office located there NEVER maintains their sidewalk. City plows clear the bridge but stop short of clearing it. Kids forced to walk on the road to get to school.
