    @Bell_Support Thanks for the reply. But it seems to me that spoofing of the originating telephone number should be something which can be controlled? This has been an issue for several years at least.

    So our @Rogers technician from Intek Communications pulled out the connection to our @Bell services today and decided to drive off. Problem solved right? Definitely no way that created a new problem... Thanks bud.

    @Bell_Support I’m not asking for help. I’m simply reporting a flawed support system. I’ve already got an agent on the line, but he’s the 5th one that I’ve spoke to today… taking over an hour to do a 5-minute correction.

    @Bell_Support I have a better idea. How about I don't give some random my personal information on Twitter...******** are you thinking. How about I just call the office from my land line and ***** your company out there. I even pay for the boosters @chriswtburke and it still sucks ***.

    @Bell_Support sorry doesn't lower my bill or anyone else who doesn't use data. You are off loading those charges on customers who don't even use that service.
