@Bell is the most disgusting despicable company in Canada! My senior parents suddenly had their wifi go out this morning, their only means of communication, and were told they have to pay $75 to have a tech come out IN THIRTY DAYS!!! I’ve never been more disgusted! 😡😡😡

Finally dumped Bell. Hung on way too long - like my land line. Couldn’t even watch a hockey game the service is so bad now. More streaming in my future. @bell

@Bell @Bell_Support You guys have the worst customer service!! When I was told someone would come to my house between 8AM - 9PM ( which is already ridiculous - people have better things to do then to wait around for 13 hours!) I call to follow up to see when a Tech was coming

@Bell these commercials about Bells great Service. I have yet to see it. I just recently joined and regret it. Problems with customer service and billing mistakes. Yet to be resolved after two weeks. Still waiting for the call they promised to return to let me know if resolved
