Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Brewster080 Brad (@Brewster080) reported

@Bell Also when Bell was on my street 2 or so years back took them 2 months of noise to install the fibe system. I never knew of the introcciut labour that was involved.

  • ScraseMike Mike Scrase (@ScraseMike) reported

@Bell how is it that your actual phone coverage continues to get worse in Red Deer, Alberta? My Nokia in 1995 had better reception than your deficient 5G network. DO SOMETHING PLEASE

  • topquark22 Top J. Quark (@topquark22) reported

@Bell Dear @Bell, let me get this straight: I am already paying you $130/month for a HomeHub 2000 router on your Fibe network. The WiFi doesn't cover my entire tiny 850 square foot apartment. Now you want me to pay you an extra $10/mo to prop up this ****** product?

  • CindyOsadzuk COsadzuk (@CindyOsadzuk) reported

Are you there @Bell? It’s me, Margaret… Trying to run a small business using the tools of technology, however, without a cell signal…#peleeisland #whathappened #pleasefixthis

  • cathmiller01 CathMiller (@cathmiller01) reported from Pelee, Ontario

Another challenging day for telecom on #peleeisland Landline down yesterday. 🚫 cell service means 🚫 internet or any way to call anyone in an 🚨. Huge companies with huge dividends like @Bell can do better for rural + isolated communities. Ask Elon how. #CRTC #connectivity

  • ZomBiE519 Matt (@ZomBiE519) reported

@Bell you don't even do a direct fibre connection, it's all wifi and it's terrible for gaming... who are you trying to fool?

  • GrG_Organics SilverLocks (@GrG_Organics) reported

@Bell So I downgraded from the more expensive better package to the good package expecting a lower bill. But guess what, I ended up paying almost $6.00 more. WtF Bell, shouldn't I be paying less, not more. Always the ripoff company. Somethings never change with you.

@samaswayy @Bell_Support I had same issue few days ago and support did nothing to help 😒 I was later referred to @WARECODEBOX on Instagram and twitter who helped me out

  • mikeopseu michael grimaldi (@mikeopseu) reported

@Bell If you live in a rural area do not purchase Bell. IMO they do not care about rural customers or they would extend high speed lines to rural areas. Instead everything slows down. it might be ok in urban centres.

  • SteveD71 Steve D (@SteveD71) reported

@leftbobgolfer @Bell I’m almost there. They were supposed to fix mine Saturday, apparently guy showed up in 4 hour window and couldn’t do anything, never notified me. Then referred it to cable repair, meanwhile, it’s still not working Sunday night. Been out a week now.
