@Bell_Support My elderly parents haven’t had a phone line, cell service or data since #fiona. They can’t access emergency services if needed. My very elderly grandma lives alone and her life alert goes to my parents. Let’s talk about if something happens to them in rural NS.

@Bell Appreciate the scam bell, called the costumer service line and removed long distance restriction a few hours ago, and confirmed that it's going to be free of charge! And now here I am with a 35$ long distance minutes bill, thanks a bunch!!!

My @RogersBiz @RogersHelps internet is not working since few hours now. It seems some work in progress by @Bell_Support to replace optical cable. And they have removed all cables. Why was I not notified for this outage ? What is the ETA?

Hey @Bell. How does this happen??? Ordered 1.5gbps get confirmation (thank god I printed it) for 60$... In email confirmation u signed me up to 65$ 150mbps... Like how ******** is that even possible. And beyond that how ******** are ur prices done... @CRTCeng do something u 🤡s.

@rogers your service sucks. My internet at home goes down once a month, for long periods of time. I have @bell at my cottage and I’ve not lost service once in 3 years. Huge incentive to switch services
