    @jodyvance @Bell_Support @Bell is the ******* worst period. **** everyone at bell.

  • smoothmedia smooth 🇺🇦 (@smoothmedia) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support Jody, are you sure you actually called Bell Support? Sounds like something a fake (scam) alert might say to get you to call THEIR scam call center.

  • xyu2 John (@xyu2) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support After leaving Bell they have been emailing me a monthly bill for -$350 for nearly a decade. It's legitimately from Bell, but their telephone support has no clue and I know they don't owe me $350, nor do I owe them. Good times.

    @xyu2 @jodyvance @Bell_Support Ask for a cheque back and I bet they’ll fix it 😬

  • gamerguy900 Rajen Patel (@gamerguy900) reported

    @Bell_Support Hi, Is there anyone I can speak to about being hung up on 3 times and told I was going to get a call back and nothing? I wanted to take advantage of deals bell offered but never came to.

  • TheDiggyShow Andrew Dignum aka Diggy (@TheDiggyShow) reported

    @Bell_Support another day, another problem. My TV and Internet are cutting out. I go thru all these troubleshooting steps and I'm just done with that. I ask for a technician to come out, and I'm denied. Why do I pay bell? Crappy service. That's what. #customerexperience

    Thank you Bell Canada for responding to my Twitter and email with a phone call to straighten out an issue your chat tech could not. @bell_Support

  • AmandaSingh1 Amanda Singh (@AmandaSingh1) reported

    @Bell_Support your techs working on my street cut the line to my Rogers internet and no one wants to do anything to help after 4 hours of being on the phone transferred 6 times and no resolution! Worst customer service ever!!!

  • VanierDe Vue De Vanier (@VanierDe) reported

    On hold again. Over 32 minutes have passed since I called support. I also just received an email from @Bell Internet support with useful links that are not helpful for me at all (how to manage my service in my bell and to check my Bell internet usage online). 4/
