@lindagrande3 @Bell This is what I experienced today. Sorry not sorry but unless I buy a new phone you cannot have the $50 plan. Instead pay $75 cos you’ve been a customer for over 40 years!! There is no loyalty to your long time customers. When I said I was going to cancel, it was thanks, see ya.

@Bell_Support Okay but explain how that’s any different than what I said? Why is it cheaper for me to change my plan to a **** 10$ plan, and activate a new line and switch SIM cards? Also should note I worked for y’all for 2 years and the amount of **** that y’all made me say/sell in insane

.@bell_support FAIL. I do not have a bell mobility account yet received an alert that $500 has been charged to my credit card today. After 45 minutes on hold and being transferred five times nothing solved/resolved. Horrible customer service. ZERO interest in helping stop fraud

@Bell Today I had a really bad experience with bell customer service. I connected with an agent about 8:15 pm after waiting for more than an hour and at end of our talk she transferred my call to other agent without solving my problem and she didn’t even tell me.

@jodyvance @Bell_Support Why bother contacting bell if you aren't aren't customer? Go straight to the bank to report fraudulent charges

Hey @bell, between 3 @tsn and 4 @sportsnet channels I pay for, I’m looking at 3 of the same World Cup games and four, yes FOUR of the same darts match. What gives guys? Your service is not cheap. Am I asking too much for some variety between 7 channels?
