@Bell It's bad enough that all my recordings delete after 24 hrs, but when you don't keep the on-demand updated, it makes what I pay for utterly useless. What's the end game here? Frustrate your fibe customers until they turn to streaming only so you can get rid of it? #bellfibe

@Bell @Bell_Canada I’ve spoken to over 20 reps, each promising my issue was “resolved” yet somehow my bill keeps growing by $100 - $180 every month. Are you secretly testing a new “Confusion-as-a-Service” plan? Maybe focus less on ads and more on fixing customer trust.

Wife is currently on a call w/ @Bell trying to cancel her dead mums internet, which we've kept on for , security cams until the house sale closes. We prepaid the month so there's a refund, which they wanna return by cheque...to the house payable to the deceased, wtf!? #ghouls

@Bell you need to take connections seriously. There's been an outage for the past 30 hours with no resolution in sight. This is highly unacceptable and incompetent in this day & age.

Canadian service providers — @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS — have some serious work to do. Lately, I’ve been getting more fake calls, robocalls, and scam calls than ever before. Almost like my phone is just for scam callers only. So let me ask this plainly: am I paying these companies every month just so scammers can reach me more easily? It’s starting to feel like our telecom giants have become the bridge — or worse, the liaison — between customers and criminals. Insane
