    @Bell_Support I tried this but since my internet is down I can't access my account and the representative said he can't find it even with my name and number! It's been doing this for over a week now! Time for a new provider

    @Bell my phone has been sluggish the last couple of days. After I did a hard reset voicemail notification appeared and the messages were a couple days old. Now my phone is good again can you fix this this please it always happens

    Hey @Bell_Support your unlimited data plan that throttled down the speed after you use a certain amount of Gigs is horrible. I can’t even navigate your site with it. Makes the phone almost useless. And your rates are way too high
