Consumer Affairs (@ConsumerCSI) reported@Bell Bell Canada is the worst company ever. No company in the history of Canada has put more effort into the exact opposite of customer service. It's a disrespect of the customer that goes above and beyond greed. It's evil. #Shame

KookieLuvver (@KLuvver) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

-
Elizabeth J Duncan (@ElizabethDuncan) reported@cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

David Vandewalle (@vandewallefarm) reported@Bell_Support Thanks for your standard reply. The problem has nothing to do with me contacting your call center. I already wasted several hours being put on hold and then transferred just to be put on hold again. This is a @Bell_Support issue. @JohnNaterMP.
