    @Bell This is the second time that this has happened to my family. We put out life on hold for a technician to show up tonight only to find out that the order was “not completed”. Called Customer Service only to be told sorry and all we can be done is re-schedule.

    @Bell @KarQGames Why I cancel@ my account in March a month I pay for and still got a bill April . Now got one May with so many charges and they telling me wait for another bill where I will see the credit ? Is that how Bell give us bad credit

    He spoke at me and insinuated that I didn’t understand how good the deal was, wouldn’t listen to my actual issue (lowering my bill) and didn’t solve any of my issues. I’ve been a long time customer despite the bad press, but this is likely the kicker for me. @Bell

    @Bell_Support I've spoken to at least a dozen people who can't/won't help me. You've rejected my port request 3 times now. Our office is moving and you have cost us $1000's of dollars in operating expenses during a pandemic. This is unacceptable.
