@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support Our Fibe TV signal is garbled, frozen since dinner time. Internet and landline are OK. What is happening? Is Bell working on this? Why don't they leave messages on news casts to inform us? We are not kept up to date. Is this serious? Are they hacked perhaps?

@Bell_Support Not today it can’t, apparently. Neither can chat or phone support. In fact there is NO way to resolve any issues because you are not communicating with customers.
