  • SensOfficeRalph
SensOfficeRalph (@SensOfficeRalph) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

@SucksXplornet @cbcmarketplace @CanadianPM @Bill_Morneau @JustinTrudeau @CCTS_CPRST @Canada @Bell Maybe the government of Canada 🇨🇦 wanted me to use Bell instead of Xplornet so I could get better Internet Service because they realize that I’m gonna he spending a lot more time on it compared to the majority of people in Canada 🇨🇦 who spend like only a few hours on it

  • GlenCanham
Glen Canham 🇨🇦 (@GlenCanham) reported from North Stormont, Ontario

@Bell_Support @dfergusonGGF Been there, done that! Doesn’t help.

  • WerdEmUp
TV's Dr. Ew {blue check mark} (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.

  • MARIAGR57486609
MARIA GRECO (@MARIAGR57486609) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@MARIAGR57486609 @Bell #CustomerService #emergency #vulnerable #senior #vulnerable Bell sent out technicians multiple times to repair. Problem continues. Leaving a very vulnerable senior without Lifeline emergency service. Bell does not consider this an emergency.

It’s embarrassing to be in tech and have this many @Bell_Support ISP issues 😢 #nointernet

  • BellSiobhan
Siobhan Bell (@BellSiobhan) reported from Mono, Ontario

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

  • Miss_Allison_D
𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reported from Markham, Ontario

@Bell_Support Every time they do they just tell us our house is too big for the wifi to reach every angle which is a ridiculous excuse. We got the boosters hoping to fix the issue but as you can see it’s very much hit and miss

  • tboake2000
Terri Boake TL40x4🇨🇦 (@tboake2000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

  • indiealehouse
The Indie Alehouse (@indiealehouse) reported from Toronto, Ontario

One of the worst things in the world is a @bell employee with a little power.
