@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support This totally sucks! We went through a few weeks of intermittent bleeps of service during all shows! Now all pvr recordings won't happen- shows are being missed - this is ridiculous!!!!

@Bell_Support @Bell And with this kind of service Bell will have the lack of shame to increase the rates in no time justifying it by the great service and improvements on the network. BTW it is not just the TV service that was affected the Internet is not working properly either.
