How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

I want to get back to work but need a direct line to work. Cant use 5g or anything like that. Dad has Alzheimer’s and mom needs help.
