    Trying to figure out why my phones internet is slow, cause @Bell capped it & just yesterday I cancelled my bell internet for the same reason.

  • pranab1978 Pranab Deb (@pranab1978) reported

    @Bell disappointed that you charge double for a service, call it a IT glitch and when I request to compensate for finding the overcharge, spend time on call explaining the issue to you, you just say its not possible #badmobilityserviceincanada #openmobilitymarketcanada

  • MitchGosse Mitchell Gosse (@MitchGosse) reported

    @zooloo2448 @Bell_Support Hopefully a fix just as fast!!

  • chrislotts1 Chris Lotts (@chrislotts1) reported

    So apparently @Bell_Support is having issues blocking spam calls. I've received 14 back to back calls this morning. Didn't a law about this come into play like a decade ago? How is this STILL happening? #BellLetsTalk about how useless you are.

  • wreckedrokstar Justin (@wreckedrokstar) reported

    @ChrisDca Too bad @Bell sucks

  • SchnareTullee Tullee Erkidjuk-Schnare (@SchnareTullee) reported

    @bell do something about your ******* internet down here in canso you dumb *******. I only have one person on my internet and my game is still lagging a **** ton. I will burn down my house if you don’t give us better internet!

  • poli_sci_guy Mark Johnson (@poli_sci_guy) reported

    Been trying to reach @Bell_Support for days, and no answer. Nice to know that customer service is their top priority. 🙄 As if arbitrarily changing services and not telling affected customers wasn't bad enough.

  • elaine_bliss Elaine Bliss (@elaine_bliss) reported

    @Bell_Support hi! Could I talk to someone about my channel access? I am trying to watch CTV shows on their app and it’s saying I don’t have the channels, but I do. CTV said it’s something y’all have to fix?

  • JohnnyDispatch Johnny (@JohnnyDispatch) reported

    As quarterly budget time is approaching… @CraveTVHelp is testing my patience. It’s refusing to allow me to log in with my PC, initially said I wasn’t in Canada, yet using my @bell IP address as the gateway. One service im going to delete in 5 mins.

  • RonjnJeremy Marc ST-Denis (@RonjnJeremy) reported

    @doritosmunchies @Bell_Support @Bell Just do the right thing, don't support bell. Who needs overpriced cable when we have internet. Home phones, magic jack. Cell phones could get tricky but im sure there's a better choice, or stop using one, they are using them to track you anyways.
