@Bell_Support huge issues with your network out here (postal code V1B3G4) after we had a windstorm the other day. Since then there is no consistent signal and texts won't transmit consistently. Please fix asap.

@SassyPantsLady @TELUSsupport @Bell_Support My brother’s been with them since the Clearnet days. He’s been happy with them but I’m not entirely pleased with the service, and their network surprisingly isn’t great either. My calls drop constantly.

@pewpewpew @TELUSsupport @Bell_Support I had been with Telus since they were Clearnet (I am aging myself) & after HORRID customer service policies I left. I had been a customer for almost 20 yrs...they gave ZERO fs, actually told me to look for another provider if I wasn't "happy"!

@Bell_Support so i expect area's that you cant supply proper speeds to during this lock down you're going to cut down everyone's bill right, because at this point its better to cancel for some of us
