What I’m seeing from @Bell right now is that they’re purposely pushing people off the old 3000 modem’s based on issue date by throttling internet speeds, saying their modem is defective and then forcing their customers to change plans and/or get the new 4000 modem to fix issues

@Connor_Lapalme @Bell_Support Same issue here off island in Vaudreuil. Red light on the 3000 modem, 1001 error. It's been out for 4+ hours as well. Wish bell could update people on this regional outage.

@Bell This is a joke, all your competitors give these out for free! Anyway bell can grab a dime from someone they do it! Already paying for your internet service with crap Wi-Fi now we need to pay for the pods to make your service work properly. Discussing!

@Bell How about Wi-Fi pods become part of the package without extra charge as you already charge far too much already for your service #letstalkaboutthat

Hey @Bell_Support , what's the ETA to a fix on the fibe internet outage around Montreal (or why it's down)? Talked to support on the phone and they don't know, and its been 7 hours :/ super frustrating.
