@Bell_Support HELP!!! NO Bell internet since Monday morning. An open ticket for service still exists, we think, we hope. Keep calling but no answers from ur end on a fix or even what the issue is. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!

  • bluenredocean michaelp (@bluenredocean) reported

@SMB0213 @Bell_Support internet went down L9T in milton on. Last night. Still no internet

  • Readthetype Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported

@Bell Are you trolling me & I just can’t tell, or am I trapped in the bizarro-matrix? Are your “support” staff so grossly incompetent that they genuinely can’t understand the paradox when they say “If your phone is broken, please call…”?!?

  • ypcrts thomas seghuh (@ypcrts) reported

@Bell you charged me $121 in roaming last month: $45 for a 20-minute local call while in the US, plus $75 for five days of data. If I was with @ATT, I would have paid $0. Please explain why I should remain a customer.

  • rye_b Ryan (@rye_b) reported

Hey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?

  • sarahagleyx Sarah Agley (@sarahagleyx) reported

@BrillonAdam @Bell_Support Also having wifi issues where I am but can’t find much about it online?

  • BetsFrancis Betty Francis (@BetsFrancis) reported

@mamarunsfor3 @Bell And those are facts - ALL of them suck because there isn’t enough competition and they are never made accountable for their lousy service :(

  • Shrdlu Etaoin Shrdlu (@Shrdlu) reported

@Bell So, your modems have poor coverage and you think people should pay $138 a year when they could buy three D-Link AC1750 Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extenders for about the same cost? Sounds like a Bell business model alright.

  • farmercor Corey MacDonald (@farmercor) reported

@bmckinnonatcupe @Bell_Support Get Starlink. Had them both and Starlink is hands down better service. #nodatacap #nospeedcap #bell

  • Dingusamongus Dingus Amongus (@Dingusamongus) reported

@Bell_Support having issues accessing email. Keeps asking for pass. Any help with this? I've been waiting for bell support for a while now in chat.
