May be regretting switching back to @Bell for cell service. So far its taken six days to process a new phone order and potentially another ten business days for it to ship. I hope its now a sign of things to come #baddecision

@Bell_Support Do remember when you sold me a 6 Mb DSL service and then shaped me to 768? Do you remember our agreement that you'd credit my account? And then you forgot your side of the deal when I moved to the competition who could deliver 10 times the speed?
