    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    One of the pathetic service is Bell @Bell My internet is not working for 4 days and they don’t care except transferring my call. Every time, I need to validate myself and they don’t share notes when transferring like what is the issue why customer has called. #poorcustomerservice

    Hey @Bell ... Are u having network issues that are causing picture messaging to be ridiculously slow or is it my phone? It's been like 2 weeks of this.. went to a bell store, they did a network reset but still no fix & ive had absolutely no time to call but im getting frustrated

    @Bell my channel guide is off by an hour on both of my 9400 receivers. Only a one hour wait for on phone tech support. Is this system problem? The soft reboot didn’t help.

    @Bell It’s been 5,6 weeks now and my issues still exist. I’ve spoken to the hard to understand support team that’s located in the Philippines. I’ve changed all receivers and still my recordings freeze . I need a tech in my house ! What has happened to Bell Canada?
