    @Bell_Support Just as a follow up, they're utterly useless and didn't help at all. They just make it look like they care, and I'm DMs it's just more avoiding responsibility or having to actually do anything to help. Enjoy your paycheck, you surely didn't earn it.

    @RogersBiz No, you can’t, continued outages with no backup solution for small businesses. @bell offers back up solutions even from homes.

    @Bell you threaten to fire your Indian cust serv employees if they cancel accounts. I guess that's why one "couldn't find" my acct. Wow.

    @Bell The PVR keeps losing it’s sound. Traded it for a new one. Same issue. No sound drop outs for the Apple tv, hdmi cables not an issue.

    I have been with @Bell forever, only because the other company is worst. Right now Bell is annoying me. Imagine I have to say 'yes it exists so do your job' or call another agent to get what I want. Please please please train your staff better. This is time consuming!

    So it's the end of an era. After 20+ years with @Bell as my cell provider it is time to move on. @Bell_Support failed to match their own offer to me and so I am off to other pastures. Seems customer loyalty means nothing these days.
