    @Bell your iOS app doesn’t work anymore on my iPad with iOS 12.5.5 My iPad cannot be updated beyond 12.5.5. So fix it please!

    Just to get the order of events straight here, I tweeted about a bad experience, @bell_support reached out asking how they could fix it, and then spent an hour not listening to my complaint and forwarded me to specialist who called to tell me they wouldn't do anything.

    It appears that port forwarding doesn't work on the home hub 3000 through Bell.. Anyone have this working? @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support Thanks DK, I have spoken to 6 customer support people today. I have nothing left in my gas tank for another conversation. I am sure somebody can review the recordings. Your CS people are wonderful, if not useful. I wish I could said that about your case manager.

    @Bell Bell is ***, don’t get it. Lies and misconceptions, max speed is 500mbps on their fibre network. Avoid at all costs.
