@Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

Hey @Bell, charging me hundreds of dollars in data fees for using an APN your tech told me to use as another is broken is not on. Stop closing tickets that are not solved. Stop billing false overages. Stop ignoring the issue of a broken tower at Otter Lake Quebec. Stop it.

@Bell_Support Internet at N1T1K9 postal code is under 15 download speed, versus 50 that I am paying for. It is a consistent problem. Calling Tech is a 1 to 2 hours waste of time every time.

@Bell my elderly parents have satellite service at an address bell claims doesn't exist. They can't install internet without sending someone to check the address is correct. Wow makes the government look efficient. So much for the safety of my father with dementia. Thanks Bell

Gotta love @Bell. They won't bring gigabit fibe to our home but if we moved 91m up the street no problem. Stuck with @videotron for now. 😡 We need more competition in Canada for #HighSpeed Internet.
