@Bell Sorry Mirko this may sound all good to a shareholder but to a customer who has been waiting for a repair for 5 days, 4 different work orders lots of "we're sorry, we don't know how this happened" it sounds like a lot of BS. Spend some of those billions on customer service.

@Bell My mother has a FibreOp line 45 feet from her house and you currently don't offer service to her because the line was ran 20 km I to the woods to an Irving camp... Why can't people connect to that line..

@Bell Not only investing, keep the fee reasonable. should know your fee is already expensive compared to the fees offered by the other G7 countries. Your job is to provide reliable network with affordable fee so all Canadian can connect. #dontforget

Hello, @Bell_Support. I spoke to 5 of your tech support reps on the phone and chatted w/a rep via bell website and none of them can help me access my mode settings... Also, I'm paying extra for "premium support" for what? It has been a week nothing. What can i do next?
