  @Bell Absolute worse internet provider I have dealt with. They have the worse equipment. My wifi in the same room has modem loses hundreds of mb/s. oh and all they say is wired speed. Well wifi should not drop that bad right beside the modem.

  100% not shocked at the poorest customer service I'm receiving from @bell right now. Had to give a $200 deposit to get a home line for work. No longer need it and they are refusing to give it back. I never missed a bill payment once. So Shady but not shocking.

  @Bell loves wasting peoples time. This is the FOURTH day of income that I lose, I had to take off work to wait for you guys to install my tv service and AGAIN no one shows up. Wtf guys? Do better. I’m cancelling my services. My time is valuable and this was a huge waste.

  Never going will @Bell in Canada. EPP Order cancelled without intimation. Absolutely incompetent service representatives. No help even after 2 hours on call. Unapologetically ate my credit hit. Just imagining the after sales service sends shiver down the spine. #newtocanada

  In the spirit of being positive, and not only posting about negative experiences. I had to call Bell twice in the last month to deal with a billing error. The agents @Bell_Support were helpful and efficient in solving the issue. What a pleasant surprise!

  @Bell_Support @redcrosscanada Thats really good. But how about also supporting your customers. And stop having your cell service go down alot. and fix bell selfserve and the data counter. So you dont charge us for more data. Just bcuz the data counter isnt working right. Get it fixed or youll lose customers.

  .@Bell_Support, It's great that you have a TV app and On-Demand service that I can use to catch up on @NBCTransplant. But... 1. For On-Demand and the app, the audio for the show and the spots is different, and it's annoying. I always need to adjust. I get why you
