Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@CBCNews @cbcErica The Source is like a gypsy caravan where they won't let you leave until they've convinced you the garbage they're trying to sell you is gold and you're getting a good deal, and they've signed you onto a @Bell contract.

  • PhilipEarle Philip Earle (@PhilipEarle) reported from Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador

The article makes for a great story, it will allow that region of Quebec to benefit greatly. It's disappointing that @Bell went ultra low cost while installing cell service in coastal Labrador communities giving a very poor quality product despite government funding both regions.

@Caligalli In Canada we throw a wild "cutting the @Bell cord" party where we celebrate customer service and human decency and @Bell's staunch opposition and inability to provide it. Cheers!!!

  • havn_espresso macchi (@havn_espresso) reported

@CBCNews @cbcErica I'll bet most of the calls to @Bell were directed to their call centre in the Philippines.Nice people, but totally useless when it comes to resolving issues like this.Wasted 2 days trying to get through to reps in Canada. For Bell its all about earning per share and their dividend

  • skatelessmoe JP (@skatelessmoe) reported

@AXSTV channel 1571 something is up with your sound may want to fix. Fibe TV @Bell

@Bell_Support hey Bell, why is my internet absolute garbage? Why does my next door neighbor have the same package as us and theirs works great and we get the worst, most unstable internet I've ever experienced? I can not WAIT for Starlink to be delivered so we can drop this.

  • TheFabulousMich Michelle Barter (@TheFabulousMich) reported

Hey @Bell your fibe internet is pure trash... takes me more time troubleshooting your service everyday than I get to spend actually using it. Step it up! #customerexperience #frustrated

  • TheFabulousMich Michelle Barter (@TheFabulousMich) reported

With the quality of internet and TV service @Bell provides I can’t wait for our @StarlinkPage satellite internet to get here! #byebyebell #unhappyconsumer

  • peterlucky13 Nunavut internet is a joke (@peterlucky13) reported

Why can’t I find Canelo ppv on @Bell TV?! Internet service is too ****** to watch online. @northwestel

  • R_A_Priddle R.A. Priddle (@R_A_Priddle) reported

@Bell_Support The time is coming soon (months)when I will be making the switch to #Starlink. The question is can #BellCanada put out the infrastructure fast enough to retain me? I pay for THREE 5/.6 DSL lines currently. If @elonmusk musk would help me out, I would evangelize.
