Been calling @Bell all day long for my Internet. Was supposed to get a technician coming and he never appeared so now ANOTHER one is supposed to come later tonight. This is so frustrating especially on a weekday when you got classes and work to do :/

@Bell_Support never ceases to amaze me that a communications company is so inept at letting us know when there are problems. Instead we just have to wait on hold for nothing. Like right now. In downtown Toronto

@Bell_Support What a horrible experience. I currently have 2 bell services and looking to add 4 lines and buy 2 more phones from Bell. Received my 1st confirmation order on Feb 3. Still no product. I suppose they do not want my business.

@Bell when your customer service promise to send an agent between 10-12 how about they actually show up, especially when people work from home these days and their livelihood depends on proper connectivity! Worst customer support I’ve experienced

@bell @TELUS @rogers - How is it possible that all the major Canadian mobility carriers are so spectacularly bad at managing iPhone eSIMs? This is one of the most core things about new iPhones. Get it together. Most developing countries do this better than you.
