    @Bell So I am still waiting for that phone call from higher command. I would like to know how people that subscribe to the 1.5 GB service other then Ontario & Quebec are supposed to use it, when the Hub 3000 has CAPPED 1GB Ethernet ports? 1/2

    I have to say, @TELUS @TELUSsupport has the WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Over a week of trying to get an Apple Watch that they don’t have, yet are still selling on their website. I can see why people go to @Bell #brutal #dobetter

    @JeremyFilosa @Bell_Support I hope in the meantime they gave you 50GB data so you can use the mobile hotspot from your phone as a plan B while they fix your problem

    Your customer service is TRASH! Been giving me the run around for about a week now, sending out technicians and not even giving the correct information. Including instructions this is ridiculous everyday I’m gunna call and be on hold for 4 hours? @Bell

    @Bell_Support Earlier this morning I had “36” unread emails in my mailbox but in reality it was 2. Just now I looked at my mailbox again and I’m now up to “291” unread emails but in reality it’s really 7. @Bell_Support - PLEASE FIX THIS. And btw the fix is NOT me reinstalling my mailbox.

    @Bell_Support when I try to login I get “unable to verify account name or password “ If you can’t verify my account a new password isn’t going to help. Any ideas?
