@Bell and @Bell_Support proving once again today they are the worst-run company anywhere - on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to deal with an issue that shouldn't have come up in the first place. ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 8 MINUTES JUST TO GET TO A CUSTOMER REP!

Sorry guys stream is cancelled until probably the 9th the @Bell installer decided to show up at the new not call and then leave and then call and told us even though I was literally 5 minutes down the road at the old place that we had to reschedule till next week 1/2👇

@Bell absolutely awful service and customer service. They offer a service that they clearly doesn't work, they don't listen to their customer and tell them "well i hope that's fixed" #ErrorCode101 #Cancelling

@SamanthaLWilson @Bell I’ve had a pretty good experience with them. I have 1.5Gbps fibe, and usually get within 10% of the full bandwidth (1.2-1.5 down, ~1 up). I’ve even downloaded full RNAseq FASTQ datasets without much difficulty. Seems to vary WILDLY across areas of the city, though
