  • natalieast Natalie Ast (@natalieast) reported from North Kawartha, Ontario

    @kwetoday @Bell Ugh that sucks. Cottage privilege over here. I'm in the middle of nowhere and have great service 😰

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

  • oldpappy59 DJP (@oldpappy59) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

    @AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

  • matbeausoleil Mat Beausoleil (@matbeausoleil) reported from Gatineau, Québec

    @Bell_Support Because we moved and changed our number, the offers are no longer valid. What a fail! No incentives to bring customers over - makes no sense!

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do

  • pcrowe Paul Crowe (@pcrowe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @Bell_Support How would they help in this situation?

  • CrashEdwards Nick E don’t lose that number (@CrashEdwards) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

    Goodbye @Bell after almost 20 years of extremely average service I am glad to switched over to @Rogers taking my number and my business elsewhere! Buh-bye.

  • ToPulkit Pulkit Arora (@ToPulkit) reported from Brampton, Ontario

    @Bell_Support outage in Brampton?

  • SBurgetz Stephanie Burgetz (she/her) (@SBurgetz) reported from The Blue Mountains, Ontario

    @Bell_Support We always always start with a reboot - no joy. Figured it might be a wider issue given the dramatic thunderstorm in the middle of the night.

  • pauline1321 Kathie Orr (@pauline1321) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @Bell The link is broken
