If you’re considering switching your internet provider, DON’T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday

My beef with @Bell_Support .. I lost internet and TV this past Thursday I called for support was told that my area is being upgraded to Fibre and that copper was being phased out and that they can't send a tech to me unless I upgrade.

@Bell_Support I have. 4 times. Zero help except to charge me $100+ more each month. I already pay $350+ just for satellite and wifi. Rental equipment 13+ years old. You won’t even give us a replacement remote for RENTAL EQUIPMENT.
