@Bell_Support You can assist by either honoring the initial plan or work on removing the credit inquiry with the credit bureaus since the phone services wasn’t provided. Also do you have your Ombudsman office’s email contact? The rude rep on the phone stated I couldnt speak to their manager.

@hbomax any plans to launch in Canada? @Bell OTT @CraveCanada is the only service in Canada at the moment…their 4k content is horrible and they only offer audio in stereo (5.1 was launched months ago but it doesn’t work and there is no progress updates available from them)

Picked up a cell phone from @bell @Bell_Support for my daughter 2 years ago, her mother continued to make the payments after our separation. She gets a new phone and then began the now impossible task of shutting the account down. I'm seriously looking for another cell company
