@Bell_Support Got internet and the Alt TV installed yesterday, accept I don't have access to the Fibe TV app because it was made under a different one bill and calling support they have told me "you'll get the info in 7 days" how is that acceptable?

@Bell We just got the optical capacitors working, if you had a problem with any prototypes you bought near me, make sure you bring it back for the warranty work, capacitors are extremely important in keeping a computer stable.

@Bell_Support There are countless reports of outages in Southern Ontario on websites like downdetecter. Service has been down for almost 2 hours. Error codes 1000 and 2000. Still no update from Bell.
