@Bell Maybe a little less celebrating and a little more fixing your complete data outage on your cell network. Only day 6 (!!) now without even mentioning it. Unacceptable @bell

@Bell appears to be competing for the worst customer service in the country. 30GB plan. Less than 10GB used but phone is locked out. 6 service contacts. No answers. Rudeness, incompetence abounds.

Thanks @bell for charging my 90 yr old Mom $80 for an installation yesterday. BTW next time send a tech who knows their ****. He plugged a PSTN line into a CAT5 port so she had no phone for 8 hrs & I had to walk down and do a wellness check b/c of it. Do better....

.@bell any time you want to fix your towers so that our @telus phones stop having issues on them, let us know. I've tried standing outside staring at the tower and our calls (doesn't matter which phone) keep losing voice contact intermittently, while the call stays connected.

Hey, @TELUS your customer support is becoming weak like @Bell. I'd love to pay my security portion of the billing but to do so you'd have me/customers dismantle the actual panel to find the IMEI code on the back. You need to seriously think about that for even a second.

@peternowak Can confirm, my senior mother who accidentally opened the mobile browser on her 1 month old @Bell cellphone was charged an extra $10 for 0.28 MB of mobile data usage on her $25 BYOD No Data plan. She only wanted a flip phone for emergency phone calls. 🤬👎
