@nath_beauregard @Bell You'll still get mail for years after - they never relent.

@miketheref @TonyKhan @Bell I can’t stand him. I damn near always mute him, especially for Collision.

@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

@nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.

@Bell_Support It's very clear. It's being looked into and the only solution your team communicates is we will try to fix it with no alternative solutions. Unacceptable

@nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.
