Brett (@AntiMarketingTO) reported@Bell_Support I ordered an “Orbi” turbo hub from bell mobility, sent me a defective one so I send it back, now they are telling me the ‘process’ to check it in takes 3-4 weeks. Gave the option between sending me a new one or cancelling, and they chose to cancel. I was shocked
