@Bell my new year resolution is to get the internet speed i pay for. As i write this i need to use my data because my internet we pay for from you guys is too slow. The speed test i used was from Shaw because your speed **** timed out 3 times because of how slow. The test is..1/2

@Bell_Support why in the world won’t you help the Elderly? I had to come to my in laws because your technicians were forcing us to be on premise to troubleshoot a phone line for my parents who are 70+ years of age who don’t understand technology. Now I am sitting here waiting.

@Bell you should be ashamed. Paid for Fibetv today. Rep put the wrong install date, 5 customer service reps and 5 hours later = zero resolution. Everything with you guys is always lies...time to switch.
