@Rogers is easily the worst network in Ontario Never thought I would do/say this but going to @Bell

  • punkeewalla Punkeewalla (@punkeewalla) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell I bounced back and forth since the 90s. I am with Rogers now. I agree that Bell customer service sucks and it's the main reason I switched this time.

  • nyogen_ Jake (@nyogen_) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell A few years ago someone who worked for Bell told me to choose the 'French' option on the phone. It's the only way you'll get a customer service rep within Canada and most of them can speak English.

  • SueAnnLevy Sue-Ann Levy (@SueAnnLevy) reported

@jeffreyroberts @Bell That is exactly why we switched. Our reception was terrible. Internet kept going down. And the technician needed to access the box in the backyard of our awful neighbours.

  • 1295QueenVic 29Cloverdale (@1295QueenVic) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Wait till you have to deal with their customer service based 100% in the Philippines plus their reception is a disaster

  • DJennings2012 Proud 🇨🇦 w Unacceptable Views offending the woke (@DJennings2012) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell File a complaint with the CCTS. At least they'll have to respond and compensate you.

  • CMacMillan0 Claude (@CMacMillan0) reported

@bell why every time I get one of your employees to come to my house it smells like the haven’t showered in months and they **** it up so I have to let more of your stinky ******* workers in my house.

  • LoveMy7Wood Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Both are bad but I would never switch to Bell as its @BellMediaPR stations have been hugely anti-Israel since October 7.

  • RomanandDandy Dandylion (@RomanandDandy) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Teksavvy has been great. Even if there is an issue they answer the phone and help you within 10 minutes!!
