@Bell in 2022, living just outside Canada’s largest city and you can’t get it together to fix my wifi? 4 different techs have come and haven’t done a single thing. Get your **** together.

  • sonofrawhead Brendan Riddall (@sonofrawhead) reported from Tay Valley, Ontario

So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

@teeniemartini @Bell Wouldn’t use @Bell if you paid me! Majority of their customer service staff don’t even reside in country!

  • OldDetroitPunk Ian JS Babcock☕🧢 (@OldDetroitPunk) reported

@teeniemartini @Bell Roku is an option my only live friend enjoys. Doesn't pay for anything he doesn't want (I don't have TV) just an alternative that I've seen work. (and never heard anything bad about.)

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell And if they aren't going to make that Hub 4000 available to the people that get that 1.5 GB service, Then they have No business offering it??? Bell is basically making people in NS and other places Pay for Ontario & Quebec to have the service with the Hub 4000... 3/3

  • janet_trottier Trottier_JG (@janet_trottier) reported

@DPocroianu @Bell The worst thing about this is someone (there always is) who knows them, protects their predatory behaviours. “As long as he/she doesn’t do it to our family”

  • sekarapp Rajasekar Jothiramalingam (@sekarapp) reported

@Bell_Support @Nazzle80 I have similar problem in the postal code H8N area, Montreal.
