@cogecohelps any deals for existing customers? @Bell_Support put an offer on the table that is much less than what I pay now and blows my current service out of the water! Going from 40 Mbps dl to 1.5 Gbps dl is quite tempting...

@Bell Yesterday, our internet was upgraded to Fibe. Today, a guy came into our backyard, unplugged our internet, and left without finishing. Both my husband and I work from home, have no internet, and your team offers no resolution.

@fzero @Bell_Support Every time I've tried this (3 by my count), they have lowered the price of the internet, and gave me the rest for free. So now, every year when they call to "check in" I pull the same stunt and tell them I want to cancel the bundle...and without fail, they give me a deal!

@DanManherz @Bell They still don’t give a **** about any of us, and it’s been years. They’re fine with some people living like second-class citizens and not even having access to better options like everyone else. It’s completely unethical.

@Bell help please. The daily service interruptions from @RogersHelps has become unbearable. Our home can’t function properly (two kids remote learning, one adult working from home). Sick of making excuses for why we keep losing signal. Need your help?

@OhMyJewels @Bell_Support Honestly if rogers is available in your area, get it instead. I've been trying to get them to fix the internet at this house for literally 5 years and it's never gotten any better. Scheduled to have a rogers technician come in tomorrow 👌🏻

@OhMyJewels @Bell_Support Last time I called tech support they basically told me "yeah there's nothing we can do about it being that slow" Imagine having customer service where they legit just can't do anything besides tell you to turn the modem on and off again
