A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

@Bell_Support If you had reported the outage on the "Outage-Check" page you would have saved me 1/2 of troubleshooting my router and 1/2 on the phone. Patience has a limit. "Quickly as possible" too. Any estimate? 1h? 1 day?

@KitKat_Milo @Bell_Support Just got off phone wBell. Support is saying wide outage in East TORONTO 5pm estimated will be back online. Reboot router around 5 and wait 15min.
