@Bell Storm of the century and Bell can't fix my internet. No outage in area either. To fix @Bell updated my software and now it doesn't work at all. 7 reboots and still nothing.

@Bell 20 years of being a customer and the service/support has NEVER been worse. CSR's that have no clue what they're talking about to straight up lies. Your new A.I interface is an absolute waste of time. Will be going back to the store to tie up the staff to handle my concerns.

@Bell The absolut worst customer service I have experienced, 2 hrs on the phone, 1 rude employee hung up on me when I asked for a call back, 0 recognition to keep existing customers, more incentive for new customers - esl - my original call was to get a better rate -

@Bell what’s going on ? Customer calls for wrong billing resolution and the customer service agent first says - yes I can help and then suddenly starts selling mobility service , when said let’s talk about the resolution for the wrong billing and then the agent says sorry I have to create a ticket Training should be first focusing on the service rather than selling ! Agent keeps us waiting for 15 min Seriously !!

Such a terrible experience with @Bell from both the initial installation and then the following customer. Satellite was not installed properly and waited three weeks to get someone to repair. They did a no-show three times in a row and customer support did nothing to resolve it

@Bell Yet more incompetence in your CSR dept. Being charged for an Apple Watch I did not purchase. No one on the phone is capable to help, so I will again have to go back to the store and tie up your sales staff for hours like the last time to handle this problem. Unacceptable.
