I tried to pay my bill with the condition of talking to a Bell employee about unusual charges when they setup my acct. 12 months later they sent me to collections - never put me in contact w/ bell employee, only 3rd party CSR and then collections.

    @Bell_Support This has been ongoing and always ends in the way. "Okay sir, everything is fixed where it won't happen again." It doesn't take long before the internet goes down again and it starts all over.. "Sorry to hear that sir, let's start by unplugging and plugging back in your modem"

    @daniel_foch @Bell Some companies have even gone a step further and said “only online forms”. A new 2022 record for bad service

    @Bell just had my tenth modem swap over the last three years of being with @bell due to constant internet problems. This last one lasted about 1-1/2 hrs before quitting again. No bell tech has an answer. Going for #11 modem today. Wish me luck

    @Bell you might want to retrain some employees who look after your EPP program. Been getting different info from different people all day. No one can agree on the proper answer or info. Great customer service....NOT

    @MrCoreyRobert @Bell unfortunately I'm rural in Keswick and Rogers doesn't offer service to my house. Have tried getting @SpaceXStarlink set up lol

    @bell Would you like to know why your local (to me) rep just lost a sale? Drives down my rural, half-km driveway, stops in front of my door. I step outside to see who it is. Sales rep, dropping a flyer for internet service. Deal actually sounded great, I asked about it...
