Help me internet! I'm looking for technical specs of the Bell Home Hub 4000 modem/router. It's also known as a Sagecom FAST 5689. Talked to about 5 or 6 @bell reps and NONE of them can give me any actual information on it other than "Things should work..."

@Bell I have been experiencing the worst customer service at your end. For the past three months, I've been in contact with y'all. Representatives just disconnect the line repeatedly or put on hold for 30-45 mins which is extremely frustrating. Hoping to get some help from here.

Anyone else notice that @TELUS/@Bell HSPA service is nearly useless recently? It's like they demoted the bandwidth to calls only so if your signal level falls back to HSPA you can't even get a couple hundred Kb/s.

What kind of crappy phone technical support remotely reboots your modem (that you already did twice while troubleshooting), tells you to call back if you still have problems and disconnects your call. All done by the HORRIBLE automated phone system. @Bell
