@CanuckTraveler @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell doesn't service the vast remote empty parts of Canada. The territories have their own providers. The inhabited part of Canada isn't as sparse as people think - majority of Canadians live in Windsor-Quebec-city corridor.

@Bell you really gotta fix your internet speeds. Paying $140/month to have the internet shut off 20 times a day? What a joke.

@led1962 @MarkJCarney Had that discussion with @Bell in ‘98 when triple charged on my corp. cell account. Took 54 phone calls over 6 months (38 of them recorded) to achieve a zero balance. Sent a bill at my service rate of $64.00x118hrs. Used their blind terms. Put them into collection. Black listed.

@CODEX911 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell No, it’s based on speeds of 123-150mps. If it even gets us 15mbps, we are exponentially better than our current service provider options! It’s not rocket surgery...

So my boyfriend was on the phone with a higher representative at @Bell mobility the other day, and he LITERALLY fell asleep! I have video evidence. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. He finally woke up, groggy and we had to hang up & call back after an hour of waiting.
