    @Bell_Support 2 hours and counting. Internet is on and off for some reason. Help!

  • mskelleyware Kelley Ware (@mskelleyware) reported

    After all the horrible, high-profile, under-handed, and unceremonious layoffs at @Bell/@BellMediaPR these past few years, who would ever want to work for #BellMedia going forward?

  • michmculay Michelle (@michmculay) reported

    @PaulMacNeill @Bell Unbelievable. Such a bad decision by @bell

  • iMarkChua Mark Chua (@iMarkChua) reported

    Lol, just last week I had someone from @Bell try to sell me on moving my internet/cable. Told them I have Bell for my cell/data & after what happened w/Rogers I'm not interested in bundling my internet. They ASSURED me that an outage like that would never happen with Bell lol.

  • robertguenette Rob (@robertguenette) reported

    Trying to see if I can get a better deal on my phone plan (and switch off of Rogers) and you'd think @bell and @TELUS would make it easier to buy from them. It's almost reassuring that they treat you like garbage even before you're a customer.

  • ThinWhiteDork 🇺🇦 🏳️‍🌈Carol Channing Tatum 🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦 (@ThinWhiteDork) reported

    TEN YEARS. That's how long I've been with @Bell as my cell provider. Ten pretty good years, and two less-good months, and here I am, ABOUT TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER, BECAUSE HOLY ****, DO THEY APPARENTLY NOT CARE ABOUT ME. So, friends...who you with?

  • SJeror Scott Jeror, aka Coach (@SJeror) reported

    My internet connection or WiFi in general absolutely SUCKS today! So slow!!! @Bell_Support

  • tylergingrich Tyler Gingrich (@tylergingrich) reported

    @Bell_Support been on hold on the phone for an hour - home wifi router not working (“loading”) super frustrating!!

  • LoonySne Sneha Bendre (@LoonySne) reported

    @Bell @Bell_Support Call 3 - Cancelled this extra service, Customer Service now tells me I need proof for being a student cause that's what the plan that I was given demands. Person also said the other available plans are not for the same cost so you will need to refuse and send the sim back. 2/n

    @Bell @FANEXPOCANADA @TorontoUltra Nice of you to support consuming media (1.5gbps download) but fail Canadians utterly on creating media to share with the world (30mbps upload). To quote CoD players everywhere, “ur trash, get gud”
