    @Cat4714 @Martyupnorth @Bell Telus is worse. Hubby was paying over $100. Had a special for seniors we could get for US/Mex calling. Down to $45/mo but on phone for over 1 hour. I'm sure call was to india celebrating daliwall in background. Painful

    @Bell_Support I have been on the phone for 1 hr and 10 minutes for support. The new PVR you sent me is not working. She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    hello folks, @Bell_Support - i got a gift card (prepaid visa) last year when i signed up for the internet service - however, i was unable to redeem it and i only realized recently that i didn't reach out to you guys - please let me know what can be done about this, thank you!! :)
