  @Bell_Support Come on Bell. This is unacceptable. No tv or internet since 7 am yesterday. The last time this happened, it was out for 3 days! This should not happen in 2023. Also please update your outage page regularly. customers need to ne compensated for this.

  -42C with wind chill in #NovaScotia today. Power back on after 4 hr outage. Not sure who I am more frustrated with @nspowerinc or @Bell no power = no phone, and no cell service in many parts of rural NS. How do we report an outage? Howl into the wind??

  @Bell_Support Yes, it can’t connect to my modem. And my modem can’t connect to bell. Surely someone knows if there is an outage in the area or not.

  @Bell_Support hoping you can help. I have an appointment today to have my internet reinstalled from the electrical pole to my house here in Pembroke. It was ripped out with Thursday nights winds. Is Bell doing exterior work in this cold? I need my internet fixed. Thank you.

  @Bell_Support You’re the Internet Service Provider. If your service is down for whatever the reason shouldn’t you know which servers are down etc.? Are you trying to map the outage from customers? My Friday movie night with bag of chips ruined 🙄 When will this be resolved?

  @Bell_Support any updates ? for laval quebec the app says no problom but on the website has yesterday in for where its getting fix 10:45pm -02:45am
