    @Bell_Support Thanks for your standard reply. The problem has nothing to do with me contacting your call center. I already wasted several hours being put on hold and then transferred just to be put on hold again. This is a @Bell_Support issue. @JohnNaterMP.

    @cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

    @Bell Right, so @Bell keeps telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I must phone client care, who DONT HELP ME! CCTS complaint has been lodged. This is UNBELIEVABLE
