    @Bell never experienced such a headache trying to signup as a new customer (porting my number from @Rogers) Literally spent 4 HOURS on calls and reps just blame the 'system'. Was adding a monthly mobility plan but now i'm even debating if I should even keep my home internet.

    @Bell such a worst service I’m facing from ur technician & customer service representative for last 2 days. They’re making me fake promises but nobody came to resolve yet. I’m working from home but how should i work without internet…? Is that how u treat ur customers ?

    I just need to scream from my little part of the world. That there is no more useless support system than @Bell_Support absolutely incapable of supporting anything business related since day one. Asks me my pin then refuses to validate me after 30 more questions!

    @Bell I'm trying to switch carriers from Rogers, but literal 5HRS of calls, 3 separate orders, chat transcripts and still no one can tell me what is going on. If it's this difficult to signup as a new customer, I question if I should home services.

    @Bell seriously amazing how completely terrible your service was today after 1 hour and 26 minutes on the phone a simple request got me 5 people, hung up on twice and ultimately cannot help set up pre-authorized payments. Astounding.
