@Bell_Support Pushing your app while your TV service is down is just poor form, and truly bad customer service. Smacks of "WE really want you to use this other service over here; stop looking at the one YOU want to use." Fix your issues!

@lepage33 @Bell_Support Yeah, major outages (mostly TV but some are missing any or all of their services) from Quebec City all the way to Windsor and everything in between. Brutal service and even worse customer service. I hope we can expect a rebate on our bill. Somehow I doubt it @Bell

@Loricatalano04 @marywells_xo @Bell_Support Ironically it seems it differs by channel. Watched poker for two hours and no problems. Anything else, including now, is painful. Can't access recordings. Can't pair my phone to TV to cast from phone app.

@Bell_Support @ctvottawa Out in Ottawa too. Very annoying! Totally agree with other customers that support should be taking calls our have a general message communicating the problem. Seniors don’t always have apps and Twitter accounts etc

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support Might want to unplug your servers from the outlet. Wait for a full minute. Replug the servers in the outlet. Still not working. Unplug the servers again. Wait 5 minutes and try to find a known working outlet. Service still down? Wait on the line until you hang up.

@sarah_mair @Bell_Support @TlhDankat Pretending they will do something. Almost 90 minutes before they tweeted there was a problem. Timely notification would have saved a lot of time spent trying on our own to get it working. They need a faster internal escalation and communication process. At least the app works
