@Bell_Support Are you guys having issues on your end or mine? Every time I play or stream my bitrate goes bad time from time. My speed test should be 100 down and 10 up, but I have no clue if it is my end or your end so please do a test on my modem or do something to fix this on.

@Loopytea1 @Bell It's very frustrating to be honest. If a technician wanted to smoke inside my home or wear ***** boots, I would ask them not to, and I would hope they would listen. Yet somehow masking has become a huge wedge issue. Such a failure of public health messaging.

@kingofqueensla1 @ChristineGuent8 @Bell When we had a Telus in home service a couple months ago we were notified that the technician would ascertain if it were safe or not to enter the house first. He arrived in a mask and kept it on the whole time.

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO Hi Bell, This is how you fix this: 1. Apologize 2. Fire the technician for inexcusably bad customer service 3. Complete the work order to customer's satisfaction within 24 hours at no charge 4. Provide a credit on their bill for the next 3 months 5. Apologize again.

@asifintoronto @FreedomMobile @Bell Freedom is cheap for a reason. If you leave the city then service is horrible.

@asquared20me @DrKateTO @Bell 1/ Nobody said his situation didn’t matter. He could have been respectful and not had a tantrum. His behaviour when asked to mask while entering someone else’s home was an issue. It’s sad you only see the side of entitlement to not mask while entering someone else’s home.

@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell Your first sentence was fair. I won’t disagree. But telling me the mask is going to improve, or prevent the deterioration of their health is just garbage. Masks don’t stop aerosol spread, just droplets. Masks promote bacterial pneumonia. Has wearing a mask always been required?
